We have worked with pink payroll since 2014. We are in customer service and work with higher end clientele, as well as, many vendors in different industries and pink payroll is top notch in service. Whenever I had a question they were prompt to reply and jump into help. Everyone on the team is extremely helpful and want to do what they can to support our business. On top of all this they are super friendly and have never made me feel rushed or like I was a burden.

This review is a last resort. We contracted with pink payroll when we started a new business with just one employee. At the same time, Erika Phillips acted as producing agent for our workers comp policy. Pink payroll did a fine job for the first year, but we contracted with gusto, an online payroll service, for year two because it was more cost effective for our small company. Herein lies the problem. Once we stopped using pink payroll, all customer service became non existent. When we tried to cancel the workers comp policy, which we did not find on our own, we have had nothing but problems. There

They will create reports to your liking when needed & even print out checks for you to have picked up or couriered over to you when you accidentally run out of the blank checks in your office . We just opened a gym (Bank Olympic Club) and Erica was so awesome explaining everything and getting our payroll all setup. I don't have to deal with any of the tax/compliance stuff and can focus on running my business. All I have to do is go online once every 2 weeks and pop the hours into the Pink Payroll web portal - so easy. I'm so glad I listened to my accountant and called Pink Payroll.

I have a small law office with just a few employees. Pink Payroll does a tremendous and sophisticated job. I can call them anytime (and I have), and with a friendly attitude, they can retrieve any information I need, immediately. Its a godsend for me (and often my accountant). They keep all this data that I don't want to have to mess with. I can practice law and leave all the payroll, taxes and other stuff to them.
They are very personable. You always talk directly with a human being, No telephone menu or voicemail run around.

Our company began using Pink Payroll a couple months ago when Erica moved into the office next door. Aside from how easy the online Pink Payroll platform is to use for all of our staff, we really appreciate the personalized local service and quick responsiveness. We had a couple questions getting started and when it came to retirement accounts. Tia always kept us in the loop and was on top of it. Erica, is always really pleasant and outgoing and has been patient with helping out our HR department with the many questions we had.
