The warning light and buzzer were signaling trouble with my septic system. The Ward crew arrived on a Saturday morning, did a thorough inspection of my system and determined that the system was fine. The challenge was the large amount of recent rain soaking my field. As the rain has moved out, all is well at my residence. Ward Septic has been my go to team since ‘15 and will remain as my first to call. Thank you, Ward Septic!

I had what I thought was a major issue with my septic field. I called Jack and he said before we tear up the field and put in a new one let him look at it to determine what could be done. I fortunately took his advice and when he looked at what I though was a collapsed field he found that he could get it back working with minimum work. He save me a lot of funds by getting a easier fix and not having to replace the entire field even though I told him I thought that is what we were going to have to do. VERY Honest and knows his trade back and forth!!!

Immediately Jack instructs me on steps to take to prevent damage to my system. The next morning he and his team are on site, in the pouring rain inspecting the entire system from tank to field. Immediately he diagnosed the issue, and grabs his shovel to make a temporary fix so my family can get back to using our facilities while he prepares to fix the main problem. He told me he might need to bring heavy equipment to dig with, and I informed
