I used their service from June of 2017 through early September. I paid them in full only to find out they went back and charged my card again for an account held by a different contractor. I tried to discuss the obvious mix up and but found the A/R person difficult, obstinate and in my opinion dishonest. When we couldn't come to an agreement she threatened to file a lien on my property and laughed when she said the trouble she would cause me is more costly than the unauthorized charge. The portable toilet has been there next to a public restaurant for 30 days with no service. As you can imagine it is a mess.
When we called to ask for the toilet to be serviced we were told to send pictures of the toilet and pictures of the service record.
I will keep posting daily on this website until this toilet is cleaned properly. I was given many excuses on why the toilet has not be serviced, but I just ask for this company to perform what they were contracted to do.
If I have to complain to the health department to get service I will.

Our septic was backed up on Sunday morning. I called their number and they immediately answered. Within an hour they were here and got our septic tank drained and located a blockage into the tank and cleaned it out. I would recommend them for septic services. They were quick, efficient and had reasonable pricing.

We are finished wasting money with this company. They came out and told us the pump needed replacing but they couldn’t do it. Later retracted that to say nothing was wrong. Problem repeated 2 months later (backup in the shower) and the other septic company we used correctly diagnosed a broken inlet pipe. We paid their diagnostic fee and all we got was another mess to clean up and another bill from a competent septic company who was able to solve our problem. Lesson learned.

Superior septic was fast an efficient. I was skeptical at first using them due to the poor rating on google but don’t listen to google because I have the best experience I’ve ever had with a septic company. We had a gentleman named nate come fix everything we needed done. He was very polite and did a superb job pumping out our septic. We thought it was going to be a disaster job but it ended up being painless and easy! Thank you superior and Nate.
