Selena helped me and she was just wonderful very professional. I mean if you want people to work hard for your dollar and are going to put an effort to make your car arrangements work for you this is the place. Their personal are so courteous always making sure the information given to me was clear and it make sense. My car looks phenomenal and to anybody looking for a worthy body shop than look no further. I took my vehicle in to get repaired after a collision. The grille on my car was to be replaced which they did. I picked up the vehicle and was in a hurry so I took a quick look and things looked fine. I drove to a meeting and came out an hour later to notice that my car didn’t look right. They had put the completely wrong grille back on. The haven’t gotten back to me on the status of my grille being shipped in and it’s been over a week. But now I have to take the car back in
Finally received notice that they have my grille in after 2 weeks. Only problem is I can’t get a hold of anyone

I had a phenomenal experience with Pan American Body Shop and Daniel Avila. My car was so well taken care of, I was very pleased with the final results. Pan American Body shop did such a great job, Daniel kept me posted on the repairs, timing and helped me stay up to date with my car rental.
