Currently run by Mark Andrus' son, Daniel Austin, the family still remains active with the business. My 4Runner had a few scratches and a dent. Daniel (the owner) and his team were able to order the part needed and had the truck ready in 1/2 a day. The estimate was quick and easy and I got a quote about an hour after via email. Great, open communication, service integrity is top notch, and they have amazing customer service.

He Really took care of his clients from the perspective of the client. My recent trip was to repaint my front, he went out of his way and did and amazing job on the car with miminum cost. I am truly impressed. I had damage done to my car from somebody backing up into my car door. Daniel was able to schedule with me and get everything fixed in such a short time. It looks better than before my car was hit. Not only did they do such an excellent job but they were able to save me money on the price and were updating me as progress was made. Truly professional.

Daniel (Owner) was kind enough to provide all the options (from $10 to $1000) on how to fix a deep scratch on the rear bumper. His quote was one of the cheapest in the area. They also removed a few minor scratches, washed, and vacuumed thoroughly for free. I highly recommend this place.

These guys are great ... and my car looks like new. They were very easy to work with and had my car ready early than promised. I went through my insurance and they took care of all the paperwork. I just dropped my car off and a few days later, picked up my beautifully repaired car. No hassles. I would definitely recommend them. If I ever need repair work done again, which I hope not to, I would go back to them.

It's impressive how good Troy's customer service is and how he is attentive on giving you updates. Troy is honest and a standup guy. I had dropped my car recently for minor touch ups on the paint only. Was able to get my car next day. Troy notice my battery was weak and possibly needed to be replace. In just 2 days I got a new battery and had my paint touched up. Overall if you looking for a quick response time, excellent service or a shop you can trust

I brought my vehicle in with scratch/dents on 3 panels from a self-inflicted auto wound. I was given a fair quote, and a realistic timeline. While we weren't able to get it taken care of immediately (they had a full schedule) I greatly appreciate being given realistic timelines instead of having my expectations set and being let down.
Once I was able to bring the car in for service, it was only a couple of days, kept to the quoted price, and my goodness was the work phenomenal. My car is a strange grey blue color and the match was absolute perfection. You can't tell anything ever happened

This review is long overdue. I got into a minor accident back in May when I rolled back on to another car at a stop light which left a nice stamp of that person's license plate on my rear bumper. Fast forward a few days later and I found White Oaks on Yelp and was impressed with the number of positive reviews. I reached out via phone and told to bring in the vehicle for an estimate.

The guys here did a great job for me. The work was performed more quickly than anticipated and for no more than they quoted (which was far less expensive than other businesses I considered). They even took the time to clean up my headlights, which were getting really foggy! My car was sparkling clean in addition to the repairs I was paying for. Great communication from getting the quote all the way through the repair, updating me on progress, until I went to pick up my vehicle.

I just bought a BMW a week ago and was very sad to see that after parking in a car structure someone parked next to me traded some paint on my rear corner bumper. I asked Mike if he could help me out. He looked at it and said I could order some touch up paint from BMW Steven's Creek. He said to bring my car by and would buff it out and touch up the paint for no charge.
I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Really nice guy, great service, and love supporting family-owned shops!

Mike and his team were so helpful, insightful, and kind throughout the entire process. Its been quite a while since I have done business with a company that leaves a good enough impression for me to take the time to write a review. White Oaks went above and beyond from start to finish. Danny and Mike are two incredibly friendly and helpful people. I brought my car in for an estimate on a damaged front headlight and bumper. They worked diligently to get in touch with my insurance company, who unfortunately are not the most responsive bunch. Danny and Mike made the process so easy for me. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Mike from White Oaks Auto Body! I'd go back to their shop in a heartbeat- although I hope I won't have to. He got my Mazda Mp3 looking tip-top after the bumper had to be replaced, hood dented, wheel well/fender completed messed up, and it had a broken headlight.
I made the mistake of going somewhere else first ... *ehem* caliber *ehem*... who appear to be part of a insurance scheme because they immediately declared my car "totalled" following a fender bender- after the lady looked at it for like 2 minutes. This decision made by the Caliber Collision estimator

These guys are reliable and honest! I towed my 4runner that got smashed in a head on collision to this shop per the tow driver's advice. I'm glad I took his advice because White Oaks Auto Body is easy to deal with and they even grabbed a couple items I forgot to take out for me. The vehicle was being towed to Copart and they took my garage door opener and fav CD out before it got towed, and I was able to come by and get my items without any issue. Thank you White Oaks!!
