This place is more about marketing than caring for patients. They didn't honor the free cleaning offer even though my child had insurance and needed more dental work. That would have definitely made them money. I had asked specifically about the free cleaning prior to, but confirming. The appointment but was assured it would be covered. The Steve, the office manager, explained a few days after that free cleaning for insured patients really doesn't mean that because they don't really know how to process my child's insurance. This is the best dentist in the South Bay! I moved an hour away and I will make the hour drive just to come here. They always take such good care of their patients and Sandi at the front desk is always so helpful and friendly! My insurance changed and I didn't have my card but she figured out all the details by the time I was finished with my cleaning and I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Going to the dentist can be hard but Dr. Joe's Dentistry makes it easy!

I raised my children in Torrance and then moved out of the South Bay. Now I am back and needed to connect with a great dentist as mine had retired during the pandemic. I have found Dr. Joe and his staff. They are terrific and reasonable and efficient. My first experience was wonderful and, while I do not want to have more than yearly checkups, I have to have some pretty extensive work done and I am confident Dr. Joe is the right fit for my needs. Everything was shown to me and clearly stated. I went in because I thought I had a cracked tooth and there it was clearly on the x-ray. I will update

Terrible place. Greedy doctor. Not a professional place. They took 20 x-rays just because the insurance covers it not because I needed it because there was nothing wrong with my teeth. They would x-ray my hair if they could make money out of it.
The only reason I went there was because of the fact that they are open later and I can go there after work, but in the future I will just take the time and go to a more professional place.

Me and My husband go with Dr Joe team all the time. I had my front crowns done on a good quality and aforable price.I searched all over... One was Soooo Expencive the others cheaper but I was afraid jaaa! Dr Joe team it is the exact balance. I had an appointment for my wisdom teeth to be removed. But I couldn't because of work travels. Now I'm stuck a month with them with this quarantine. So in the moment you can, Go with Dr Joe. Don't leave it for later.😊

After seven years I am so disappointed in the standard of care provided here. My wife and I have come here for many years. At first this office was all about hygiene and maintenance. In recent years it has switched to procedures and major treatments. I write this at 4 am, as my wife stands crying in our living room because of care she received at Dr. Joe's Dentistry. We have called Joe all week and not received any call back from him because the office's terrible answering service and insufficient emergency contact information. I always give people the benefit of the doubt. Dr joe is a nice guy. Even though don't think he even sincerely remembered me after one visit. It's nice he is open on Sundays.
He gave my wife a crown that want justifiable. I kept going because of the convenience. He tried telling me I had two cavities. I went to another dentist and there were no cavities. And no I don't sealant on my teeth nor did I in middle school. Recommend staying away

This was my first time here. Nice waiting area. Friendly receptionist. It was easy to get an appointment as well. I am pretty scared of dentists so I was nervous.
The staff was understanding and friendly. They work pretty fast and you will be on your way. I liked the fact that he didn't just jump to a root canal. He tried fixing the cavity first. It seemed to work.
I wish it cost a little less, bit quality care can be expensive.
Dr. Joe is very nice and understanding. No lectures, just gets you back in order. His voice is also very soothing. I am actually looking forward to going back

Since my first visit the minute I walked in a new I was in a very friendly place, the entire stuff is cordial, professional, helpful and they guided my troughs with an accurate recommendation treatment to follow; Dr. Joe as a professional and as a human being is one of a kind out of the ordinary, He makes you feel comfortable, with his dentistry professional knowledge, His personality transmit trust in every word He say. It's a beautiful office and the staff is friendly, but I know for a fact my insurance policy covers whatever I needed done and I shouldn't have to come out of pocket for the procedure. The icing on the cake is when I asked the dental assistant for the wifi password, he tells me to hold on then comes back saying that the wifi doesn't work. But look here - while he was gone, my phone connected to the Internet. I've been here multiple times and it remembered the signal. Why lie about internet usage? What else are lying about? I'll take my business elsewhere.

And I must say I have not one negative thing to say! From Dr. Joe to the dental assistants down to the front desk staff! They are all so super friendly and welcoming..
