Hays Automotive is a full-service preventive maintenance and auto repair center. Hays Automotive has been performing high quality, guaranteed auto, SUV, and truck repairs in the Ventura area since 1994. We service and repair all imported and domestic cars and trucks. Bring in your imported and domestic auto, SUV, or pickup today with complete confidence that your auto will be serviced or repaired correctly the first time.
Today's cars, light trucks, and sport-utility vehicles are high-tech marvels with digital dashboards, oxygen sensors, electronic computers, unibody construction, and more. They run better, longer, and more efficiently than models of years past. Resist the temptation to suggest a specific course of repair.
At Hays Automotive we value the safety of our customers above all else. We want to ensure that you get to where you're going every time with a reliable and safe vehicle. A major problem area for the cars and trucks that come into Hays Automotive, are tires. Your tires are your connection to the road, and without them doing their job properly, all the handling development and safety testing that went into your car may not keep you safe.
The classic "tune-up" was once the heart of the automotive business and contrary to some beliefs, today's modern vehicles still need tune-ups to keep them performing at the most efficient levels. As the pace of technology quickened, the procedures required to perform a traditional tune-up changed dramatically.

Wouldn't ever recommend this spot for anything🤦♂️ complete waste of time and money fr they really just put the check engine scanner and just left it there for the whole weekend instead of letting me get it same day! I drove it there and never had any issues with my battery and when im getting it back they left me with a dead battery and straight lied saying it came dead like forsure it didn't and i regret paying 120 to those clowns just to get my codes scanned and drained my battery (I told them the codes its reading already) so am i getting charged for storage fee or what did I actually

Positive: Professionalism
I was recommended by another performance shop to go to Hayes auto. They replaced my gas tank. I was having filling issues. They were very honest and got it done.I will bring my other car to them as well.I won’t just go to anyone. The total was actually lower then the quoted price.Im glad I took my truck to them.
