I hate that they are only open 8:00 am-5:00 pm Monday-Friday but family comes first. Got it! This business was recommended to me and oh what a gem! I have taken my van and car there for second opinions on several occasions. They have saved me a grip of money that I did not need to spend nor have to waste! Don't normally give recommendations, but, I brought my older car to "Buena Auto Care" and they easily handled my laundry list of repairs. Kyle listened, and performed everything on my list. Fast, competent, and fairly priced. Will be goings back next time and would definitely recommend them with hesitation.

Kevin was fantastic! I dropped in after realizing my tire was extremely low on pressure and it turned out to be a flat. I was in and out within an hour! Great price and great friendly service! If he has any flowers on the counter at checkout, make sure to smell them. They're from his garden and he hand picks them. They smell amazing!!

I took my car in here a while ago to have my turn signal switch replaced. They did such a great job, that I decided to take my car back so they could try to figure out why my brakes were squealing. I bought my car from Paradise Chevrolet, it was a fleet car, which meant that I was the second owner. I took it back there first to see if they could fix the squealing; they could not. Then I took it to Brakemasters with the same result. Then ABC Automotive said they couldn't hear a squeal even though my next-door neighbors COULD hear it. Buena Auto Care fixed it the first time and did it

A top notch mechanic, a teacher, a mentor and a "dad" to many...Kevin has a giant, generous heart! But more important to the reader, he is extremely knowledgeable and honest.
He has fixed my car when no one else could. He gave my daughter advice as she struggled through constant problems with the car she drove to Seattle for college.

Awesome. I came here right before closing with my car overheating and these guys were super friendly. And very capable. They sent me home with an extra bottle of coolant, a whole report of what they did in case I take it for a follow up, and even charged me less than the original quote. Super trustworthy and awesome

Took a car in for pre-sale inspection. They spent several hours going over the car and doing a driving test. The test was being paid for by a potential buyer. I saw that there were was one issue that I would repair and went that same day to get the parts to fix. I asked if there were issues that they saw that would need repair. They told me that they would not discuss that with me as the potential buyer was paying for the inspection. It was clear they wanted to force the work to be done by them.

Big thanks to Cody for helping my car get back on the road. Dropped my car off in the morning with an overheating issue, received a call around noon for the estimated cost of repairs, and then received a call around 5 saying my car was ready to be picked up! Have made Buena Auto Care my go to service center for all my cars. They are very reasonable, possess an excellent knowledge of all range of cars, and are able to diagnose problems quickly. I have always gotten the truth from them while receiving the care of a local business vs. chain store. They are constantly looking to resolve my auto problems as if they were working on their own vehicle, saving me money by not doing added repairs that were unnecessary. Thanks Kevin and crew!

I only come to Ventura a few times a month for work. One day at my worksite I saw that I had a flat tire . Since I drive a lot for work, I just wanted to get it fixed so I took my car over to Buena's. Kevin was so honest and accommodating. He found 2 nails and said the tire was still fixable. He took only about 35 minutes to plug my tire and it's still in great shape! He could have easily lied to me like other mechanics tend to do with females. I appreciated his honestly and expertise. I highly recommend this place, plus their rates are so reasonable!

Kevin and the crew at Buena Auto Care are excellent. This is one of the few places I know I can go and drop off my car and they will only recommend what I need to get done. We have been taking our cars here for over 10 years and have never been over sold items. Kevin even helped me with my bike when I got a flat tire near his shop! We appreciate having Buena Auto Care here in Ventura!

Although the owners of Buena Auto Care and I may not agree on NFL teams, I know I can always count on these guys to do a great job on my beloved lil convertible. Yes, I cheated on them once and had some work done at a dealership, but, let's attribute that to momentary lapse of judgement on my part. I first found these guys a couple of years ago when I had to have my car towed due to a faulty alternator. New in town, I asked the tow truck driver, "if I was your daughter, who in town would you trust for me to take my car to?" and without hesitation recommended this place.

I know I sound like a broken record in saying over and over again that we are new to the area, but we are and I think that's important to note in this review in particular. When you are new, you don't know whom to trust for your auto maintenance needs. Yelp is super helpful in this way, and I used the good help reviews for this place in deciding to have my truck serviced there yesterday. I am glad I did. I made an appointment, which I recommend so that your mechanic can have all of the supplies specific to your vehicle make, model and year. I was given an estimate and I chose to wait
