Texas Comfort Air

I was impressed by Texas Comfort Air, and I don't impress easily. My 15 year old AC had broken down for the last time, so i shopped around for several estimates. TCA was cheapest, but I liked their professionalism and response speed, so they did the install. Special kudos to their receptionist, she was in constant contact with me with updates on the service call. They found a different brand that was equal in value and warranty to the one quoted, which in itself is admirable with the industry shortages, and showed up the next day. Called to schedule an appointment for a pre-summer AC check. They were very polite, set a date and time, and took my name, number, and email address. Day came, window passed. No show. No call. No email. No nothing.

I was most pleased that the techs explained every aspect of replacing my entire unit. They told me the difference in unit brands and SEERs. They recommended a brand and SEER for my replacement; and it wasn’t the highest most expensive available. I was very skeptical at first. But as they progressed and kept me informed , I felt more confident. They were very honest with me. A couple of times parts didn’t arrive timely or got damaged in transport. They always kept me abreast and even compensated me for the inconvenience! What other company does that???? They always arrived at there scheduled

Really expensive... wish technician would have caught issue the first time. That way they wouldn't need to come out twice and charge me double service time. I never even received the discount on my service call.

Initial contact was handled by a highly competent individual(Abigail) who was pleasant, extremely courteous and very engaging. She asked all the right questions and set me up for a next-day service call. She made contact the following day to advise me that the technician was on the way. Shortly thereafter, I received notification from the technician, along with a picture so that I would know who was arriving at my home to perform the service I had requested. The technician(Martin)was very polite, professional, knowledgeable, engaging and efficient. He was extremely thorough and explained everything

I had issues with my Air Conditioning unit and Texas Comfort Air sent out a technician to fix the issue. The gentleman was fast friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn't have been happier with the level of service and friendliness we received. He even used hand tools instead of power tools to prevent waking up our new born baby. Highly recommend

I had a great experience from beginning to end. Spoke to Abigail about the issue and she was able to have a service tech out in the same day. Upon his arrival he diagnosed the issue and resolved. Gave me tips and advice on maintenance. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you Texas Comfort Air for your reliable services and friendly, professional customer service!

I appreciate the company reaching out but not happy with how it was handled at all. At first, I was told that I wrote a review for the wrong company. Then, our invoice was found and the manager told us this:

As a small business owner I recognize work and great customer service when I see it. My home unit went out and we called Texas Comfort Air. We were given an approximate time and 30 minute notice of arrival. All went exactly as planned, got the call, Mark arrived and had a diagnosis in minutes. He had the correct part changed out and repair completed in under 30 minutes. Great guy I will be calling for future needs

Great customer service. The team was timely and courteous and Mark was able to fix what was broken. I would recommend them to friends and will call them again whenever I have an AC problem.
