I called to cancel since our trip was cancelled. I understand that the down payment is non refundable but when I called I asked for an email confirming the cancellation so I wouldn't incur additional charges. No email confirmation of the cancellation was received. I then e mail the company twice (a week apart) stating my 2 reservation numbers, date, name and letting them know that after my phone call no cancellation confirmation was ever received. After my 3 attempts, still no cancellation confirmation. It's hard enough having to cancel a family vacation due to the covid pandemic numbers rising

We used 654 Limo, Inc. on our trip to Florida this pass June. Excellent service. They picked us up on time from the airport and got us safely to our resort. Also on the returning trip they were very early knowing that airports you have to arrive early. Would defiantly recommend them and would use their service again! Very friendly and knew information about the area.

Used this company to book a pickup from the airport to the Sandestin Resort, and another booking from the resort back to the airport on departure day. The ride from the airport to the resort was fine. However, we no longer needed the ride back to the airport. I called two days before (about 40 hours prior) and was told there was a 48 hour cancellation window. I told the lady on the phone that I would NOT cancel the ride if I could not be refunded. She told me since I was so close to the cancellation window that they would be willing to work with me and refund and cancel the ride. Perfect.

This company is awesome. Their reputation wining Best In Destin definitely shows with their professionalism. From cars to limos to party buses they offer some really good packages for occasions and I would recommend them to anyone looking for transportation in the area. They travel far which is awesome for anything flying into the area but staying in a neighboring state. Uber, Lyft and even renting a car in this area is becoming slim to none and even though it’s a bit more than one of those transportation services you feel like royalty riding with them! Definitely will keep using their service

This was by far the best chauffeur service I have ever used on any trip. Both of the drivers going and coming to airport were superb!! So nice and informative. I highly suggest this company. And if going to watercolor/ seaside ditch the rental car and take a driver there and rent golf cart as it is way easier than getting around in a car.

We've tried many limo services but this was the best. My wife and I celebrated our 20th anniversary, escorted by a 654Limo black Lincoln sedan. Our driver, Jonathan, was both courteous and professional. The company was very accomodating, answering my questions with patience and confidence.
The vehicle was absolutely pristine as opposed to many sites that show pics of beautiful vehicles only to find they really aren't when they arrive.
I will definitely use this company again as they seem ideally suited for everything from group tours to simple date nights.

I had the pleasure of having first class limo provide our ride for our wedding a few weeks ago. These guys are amazing. We had the Stretch Escalate and it was awesome. Our wedding party had 16 people and we all felt comfortable. Our drinks had been well prepared and stock full of ice. Our driver was extremely professional and a lot of fun to be around. He got us everywhere we needed to be on time and made sure our ride was smooth and safe. I highly recommend these guys for any event!

DO NOT GET A PICK UP FROM 654Limo!!!!! My husband ordered a black Escalade to pick us up for the send off from our wedding. My husband called 2 other car services before this one that said they did not guarantee that we would be able to be picked up by an Escalade. We only booked this service because they guaranteed that we would get an Escalade. The car was booked to pick us up at 10:00pm. 10:05 came around and the car wasn't there to get us. We've used this company in the past. First time the limo showed up to pick 14 kids up at the wrong location. I understood, things happen and the driver did his best to make it right.
The second time we used them it was flawless. We simply requested a "pick-up and drop off" 15-20 min ride. They were happy to do so.
Obviously times have changed. We called and asked for the same for our daughter's home coming and were told we had to rent for a min of 3 hours!!!! Over $500.00!!! For a 15 min ride!!!!

I needed airport transportation from Panama City Beach to Ft. Walton airport which I found difficult to secure for about a week. This company was booked for me by Price 4 Limo and I had several problems with them that I dealing with independently so I will address my issue with 654limo only. I had a 26 passenger van/bus rented to pick 23 children up for their homecoming at 7pm on September 20th. I get a call at 630pm from Andre stating the bus had a blowout and he could send 2 limos but would not be available til 9pm. That was not an option as the kids dance started at 7pm. MY DAUGHTERS BIRTHDAY! June 5th 2014. Limo broke down twice.First, Chrysler 300 left me stranded for 1 hr 20 minutes with 10 kids (in the heat). Andre one of the owners showed up, no apologies, but brought water for Chrysler engine. Meanwhile, kids get water from strangers on side of hwy ( after drinking all the waters in limo). I rented one of their party buses for a Saturday night. The transaction was fairly easy and they definitely try to accommodate your needs. The staff was very courteous and professional.
The driver showed up at the house on time and the party bus was clean and had all the glasses, ice, etc setup right. He did everything your suppose to and more as a driver i.e. helped the ladies and some dudes (drunk) with a helping hand to get in/out of the bus. We went bar hopping around destin/sandestin and the driver took us around with no problems.
The party bus will probably sit comfortably around 23 people
