I hate doing this to any small business but I have to. They completely forgot about my scheduled pickup made the day before hand and when I called at 4:45 am they knew who I was so they knew I was waiting. Was told repeatedly they where Five min away. Finally showed at 5:30. Still charged full price. As a business owner a call over the last week to apologize at least would have corrected everything for me as to how I feel about the situation yet I never heard from anyone. Use ok taxi if you need a cab.I would like to add that the driver was very nice no matter the other issues.

Called 3 days in Advance to schedule a pick up for me and my family. We are traveling with 3 children told them our plane didn’t land until 11:00 at night said they would be there they text me all information and reserved my spot. The night of arrival i called and they said a guy had quit and left us stranded and wouldn’t have anyone to come pick us up. Then told me it was a “free country to call someone else”. Will never recommend this company to any! Rude people.

The lady who drive me was extremely rude and was not only on her phone most of the ride but she also was filling out her something clipboard while driving! When I asked her if she had to do that while driving she blamed me for changing the way I was paying and was extremely rude after I asked. Not to mention she charged $75 for a 15-20 minute ride. Will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

When we called to book our taxi for departure, they quoted us a price for the trip and then when they called us one day before to confirm, they doubled the price. They said they had written down my information correctly but due to several mistakes on their part, they couldn't do anything else. After speaking with Jenny, she finally compromised and honored the original invoice. When it came time to leave the next day, my driver never showed up and we nearly missed our flights home. Good experience with sunrise taxi. I didn't really expect much from taxi service but it worked fine than I thought. They came on time, professional manner, super easy booking.I was using them for 3 days without any problems.Next time when I come back I'll definitely use them again and recommend to my friends who is going to visit Destin soon

David with Sunrise Taxi is truly the most accommodating taxi driver ever! We were a group of four girls on vacation, all with our own ideas on what to do and where to go. He took the time to drive us around to see a few restaurants so we could check them out. He also made great recommendations for places to go out after dinner.
