The chimney guys were wonderful to work with. We own several rental properties so it’s really important we hire people who are professional, trustworthy, and punctual. We had a carbon problem with our furnace and they were able to resolve our issue quickly and professionally. It’s also a great company because both the owners were accessible, knowledgeable, and friendly. They were able to talk through and explain the problem and came up with a solution. I will definitely be using them again for our personal properties as well as our rentals. I highly recommend.

I contacted The Chimney Guys after the first company never showed up after 4 weeks of waiting. They came out the next day to give me a quote, and completed the work following day. They did a great job on repairing, tuck pointing, and adding chimney caps on my two 100 year old brick chimneys at a reasonable price. They were responsive, professional, and provided quality work. I would highly recommend this family owned business!

Although we ultimately decided to go with a different company for our extensive chimney repairs, our estimate experience with The Chimney Guys was very positive. Two friendly technicians arrived at the scheduled time to assess our chimney. They provided us with an estimate immediately after the assessment. The pricing was very reasonable (we collected several quotes). Owner Katie followed up with a phone call, answered all of our questions and even took a second look at our chimney to give us advice on a bulky antenna attached to it. We very much appreciated the friendly and helpful customer service
