Cycology Bicycles has been serving the East Tennessee area since 1999. We are a family-owned local business committed to providing friendly, personalized, and knowledgeable service. We offer bikes from Trek, Electra, Giant, Liv, Seven Cycles, and Co-Motion to get you out on the road or trail. Our full range of apparel and accessories will make sure you feel confident and comfortable during every season of the year.
Cycology Bicycles stocks a complete line of rental bikes available year-round. Whether you're wanting roll from the shop for a road ride, hit the trails on a Fuel EX or take a Townie to the Greenway we've got you covered. We also have car racks, pedals and helmets for rent if you need them. If you rent a bike from us and decide to purchase a comparable model in the next 30 days, we will give you up to two days rental credit towards that purchase.
Cycology Bicycles fully equipped service department provides tune-ups and repairs for all makes and models of bicycles. We offer individual repairs and full-service packages to make sure your ride is ready to roll. We also offer suspension service for all modern mountain bike forks and shocks. We can pack and ship your bike.
All of our Shop Rides are intended for new, intermediate and advanced road cyclists. Before joining these rides you should already have the general skills required to ride the roads safely with car traffic. The intermediate road rides range from 35 to 45 miles at a 15 to 17 MPH average pace with regrouping along the route.

I’ve been to other shops in Knoxville and they are always trying to find a way to charge you for every little thing. I live in Sevierville and there’s no bike shop in town. So if I’m going to make the drive to somewhere it’s Cyclogy Bicycles! The staff is super friendly and as helped me out a few times to get me back riding. If you’re looking for a great shop give them a try, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in service and customer service! I wish I could give 6 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Cameron was so incredibly helpful to me. He explained everything I needed to know about my new Townie Go! & let me know about all the extras I may want to purchase for my bike. Absolutely horrible customer service, Was looking for a dog carrier for a 5lb yorkie who ADORES biking and hiking, she enjoys smells and the new places. HOWEVER one of the employees told me after asking for such a carrier and I quote "We dont reccomend putting animals on a bike, its not fair to the animal." I have 51 years of experience and would never put her in harms way. If i could give a negative star review I WOULD.

I recommend anyone in the market for a bike or bike maintenance to see the exceptional staff at Cycology! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I have taken multiple bikes in for service for various issues and each time they go above and beyond to help me.
