Here at Biketopia we want to give you the best, most thorough and timely repair service available. Because every bicycle and every cyclist is different, every repair is also different. This price list is a great basic guide to help you make an informed decision about your bike. If there is anything you need that is not included here (and we know there is) please call us or come in and we'll get you on the right track.
Biketopia stocks a large inventory of bikes including road, mountain/trail, cyclocross, comfort/cruise, fitness/commute, BMX, and youth. With over 120 bikes we have one for every type and level of cycling. And, we stock the Strider prebike, Adams trail-a-bike, and Burley Child's Bike Trailer so the whole family can ride.
This one gets you everything in the Classic Tune up, plus a bike wash, removal and solvent cleaning of the drivetrain. It's great for bikes that have seen their share of chain lube, mud and road grime. Service Package 2. $200 This service is everything in the lower packages, plus replacement of all cables.
We work with you to determine what combination of hubs, rims, spokes, spoke count and lacing will best accomplish your goals. We also offer a written "wheel menu" in-house so you can easily determine factors like weight and price on your own. Durability. We use the highest quality, most proven components in the industry.

I needed a new tire for my mountain bike and had planned a ride later in the day. I brought the wheel in and despite the shop having bikes lined up for service they hooked me up within 5 minutes and were friendly and answered my questions. Other shops told me I would have to drop it off and come back later or didn’t have any tires in stock. I’ve had tune ups done here before always finished when promised with top notch results and reasonable prices.Thanks for hooking me up and getting me off the couch and on the trails👍👍

I recently took my bike in for repairs and was told it would be a two or three day turn around time, which is average for our area. I was pleasantly surprised, before even returning home, by a text I received within a couple of hours later letting me know my bike was ready! Great people and great customer service, I'll be back! They now have one more loyal customer!

This is by far the best shop I have visited in the Knoxville area. I have purchased 3 bikes, helmets, clothes, and a rack over the last few years and everytime I go back to this shop. Customer service is great - no hard sell just the info you need to make the best decision. After the sell support is great as well. Chris will make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and offers a free tune up on new bikes. Prices are fair on bikes and mechanic work. It is great to have a local shop you can depend on.

AMAZING SHOP!!!! Chris is a great mechanic. Every time he has repaired our bikes he is spot on (we have 6 bikes, road and mountain). He has repaired my friends bikes from out of town on emergency situations when no one else would. Even though I have never bought a bike from Chris, he treats you like you are his best customer. He gives fair and honest prices on parts and labor. He doesn't give you a hard time if you bought something somewhere else or online. I can't say enough about how good of a shop this is but for what it's worth I drive 45 minutes from my house and pass many other

Even though- so far- I've only had one interaction with Chris, I gotta tell you it was amazing. I bought a bike online, and needed it assembled. Not only were his prices less expensive than [practically] any other place in town, but his turn around was less than 24 hours. He even replaced a couple of ill-fitting components that were shipped with the bike, explained to me why it was necessary (a brake mount was too small, and my initial brake pads were contaminated), and when I gave him the chance to make an easy sell- I asked if a superior entire braking system would be the more beneficial
