When I moved in with my family on March 18, 2014 the duplex at 6704 Longmeade Lane, Orlando Florida was both flea infested and Roach infested. My grandson Ezekiel was 18 days old, a newborn. We DID not have ACCESS or Permission even ? To climb into the small Attic crawl space. Pest Control Was Not included in in the yearly ease agreement. Tony Ludwick, the Propery Manager was unresponsive to pleas, emails and phone messages about the Roach and Flea Infestation. Then a Rat got into The inside Walls of the duplex, chewing through 4 cases of plastic Snapple lids under the kitchen sink in less than

We rented with them for 7 years, things constantly broke in the house and they barely fixed it or did a quick patch up job that wouldn't last especially when it came to the AC and plumbing and pool maintenance. My kids bathroom door was broken for the last 2 years there and even after requests it was never fixed. Our fence outside broken from hurricane damage. Multiple requests and never fixed. Property manager was rude and we hated having to call him. The office gives you the run around. Don't rent from these people unless you want to lose your entire deposit over bs charges and pay way too much

I lived in one of their houses for the the last four years and I have to say that it was the best renting experience I have ever had. I would still be there, but I was able to buy my own home. Robert Vasquez always took good care of me and was always responsive and quick to repair anything I every needed, he really went above and beyond. Thank you Robert for years of easy renting!! I highly recommend them to anybody!!

The people at Flarent, Inc are absolutely amazing. Property manager James is always on top of every situation, and always concerned for the renters. My property manager was Erin until she left & she was okay. Our new property manager was Lee & we were left to deal with things ourselves. The company as a whole is very unprofessional and has no regards for the tenants. We called & filed online several times throughout the year for work orders & appliance replacements. During the COVID-19 pandemic they were rude & unprofessional in their conversations with us. Robert Vazquez was the worst out of all that we can in contact with, he tried to show our house while it was still occupied (which is against their policy) & refused our request on masks

I rented from this company for a year and upon the renewal period of our lease we ultimately decided not to renew our property manager promised so many things that were not fulfilled ie finishing the fencing so that my dog could stay with us and not resolving serious pest problems . our property manager would Send over a handy man at odd times when we never requested one i literally woke up to him poking around our back yard at 8am unannounced when it was only two young women living there something is not right with that if you ask me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Even if they cleaned up their act and all their rentals are "good", their attitude is terrible and if you ever find your self in a bind like mine they are going to screw you till the cows come home with a smile on their face laughing as they cash your checks.

We were never even given a fair chance. Discriminated against. First, we scheduled an apt to view a house with Jonna & on our way there she tells us, another potential renter would see the house at the same time. What!? Not okay. I felt VERY rushed through my showing. However, we loved the house so we decided to apply. This property management company pulls credit reports from at least a year or two ago which is obviously NOT current. Terrible service!! We placed our deposit on a house for rent in Longwood over two weeks ago, with the promise that the the current tenant would be out and the house ready by March 6th, as the ad states. Well, it wasn't. Our family had to stay in a hotel for two weeks. The night before we were supposed to sign our lease, we did a walk-through of the house (there was a guy painting who let us in) and the house was filthy! Smelled like complete dog! I have never been so disappointed with a business. Not only do they not respond to phone calls, they are never willing to work with you or be there to help repair something. I have dealt with Robert as a property manager and had multiple appliances break and need repair. We went through a service contractor that the owner had purchased and could only come on weekdays 9-5, conveniently during the times that I work. One would think that the Property Manager or the company would send someone out to be there while it is repaired (isn't this their job?), but no, not only did they not send someone

Whatever you do, do not use this company!!!! At first before you have a signed commitment with them they will be great and very attentive to your needs. However, after this when you need them they will do nothing for you. I recently rented a unit from them in Orlando, this unit turned out to have many problems that I was not told about. When I tried to call my representative, Kenny T., he never, ever, picked his phone up and when left a message never returned those phone calls. After calling Jeff, the 2nd in command of the company, he also did nothing to help out with several of the problems I
