I am just in awe of the support and professionalism this company gave me. I value customer service and companies that work with a spirit of excellence. I don't take that lightly in our industry. From my experience with Joseph, he is honest (which is number one), explained everything in DETAILED. I was shocked. If you are looking for a company that will help you and be honest and do great work, go no further. I highly recommend.

Home appraisal discrimination!!! Openly biased, admitting the appraisal was based off demographics and not the homes amenities or homes of similar identity. You will NOT get a fair and objective assessment of your homes value unless you fit the selective bias. If you like poor service, no communication, demographic discrimination, and wasting money, then appraisal center of middle ga is definitely for you. A complaint will be filed with the Georgia Real Estate Commission and Appraiser's Board.

After reading the latest negative review, I feel compelled to offer my experiences with Jody Cagle of Appraisal Center of Middle Georgia. This review is unsolicited, but in all transparency I have known Jody for nearly 14 years.
Jody is a true professional first and foremost. Since the day he and I first met he has been an outspoken advocate for appraisers statewide. He is a family man and extremely honest. Sometimes too honest.
When I see negative reviews making claims of discrimination I have to speak up. I have known Jody for many years and learned several things about him. Appraisal discrimination

Jody Cagle is the greatest. He is very friendly and more importantly, he is very honest. He is also quite knowledgeable about his craft. He did a great job of appraising my house for a fair market value and proved that my house was actually worth more than I thought. He saved me from making a mistake that would have cost me thousands of dollars. Thank you Jody, I really appreciate you.

Honesty and Integrity are words that comes to mind when associating with Appraisal Center of Middle GA. Jody Cagle always does a great job, works in a timely manner and is fair and accurate in value. I would highly recommend his services if you need an appraisal.

I called Appraisal Center of Middle Georgia to ask a few questions about how appraisals work. Not only did Jody Cagle take time out of his busy day to answer all my questions but he also helped educate me on the home buying process in Middle Georgia.

After completely missing one appointment and being over four hours late for the follow-up, Jody Cagle charged my finance company an extra $125.00 for having to re-schedule and come back a second time. Jody was instructed to call my son upon arrival, (who was in the house studying for an exam), but left his number at the office and did not summon my son to the door. I appealed to Jody several times, including phone call and registered mail (which he refused) to no avail. He still owes me $125.00.
Jody charged the extra fee, simply because he could do so, even though it showed extremely questionable
