We were blessed to be matched with Loretta through Navy Federal years ago when buying a home for the first time. She made everything simple and explained every part of the process to us. When we decided to move, she took over as our property manager. We never had to worry about anything. Loretta and her team went above and beyond taking care of finding tenants, maintenance issues, and collecting rent payments. I could not have asked for a better property management/real estate group to work with over the past two years. Loretta and Chris both are simply amazing! If ever there was an issue with the home we were renting, they jumped to our rescue almost immediately! They treated us like part of their family and I couldn't be more happy! They're extremely trustworthy and honest! Chenise Williams was our real estate agent from this firm. My husband and I had dealt with several other agencies and they just gave us the runaround. They did not keep scheduled appointments, did not return our phone calls and could not answer reasonable questions about the process of purchasing a home. Beyond a disaster. I have worked in property management and was beyond shocked ! We put in applications to rent a home - Christopher called and told my husband the house was ours only to call back an hour later and say he gave it to someone else after giving his word to my husband. Beyond unprofessional - I contacted Loretta requesting an explanation - or refund our application fees for this beyond unprofessional situation - she said she would and she did not - I have given this several months - she has not accepted or returned my calls. If you want a positive experience - I would sadly look another

We originally signed with Loretta and Harder Real Estate Group to manager our house as a rental property while we relocated to a different state. Loretta work hard and found us a tenant in a matter of weeks. We had originally tried a couple of larger realty companies but they did not want to manage the property because it had a pool. I'm glad we ended up at Harder as they gave very personal service and stayed on top of every situation that arose.
