My mom and I took 7 pairs of pants (6 jeans and 1 pair of brown pants) a few weeks before Christmas, to have the waist and legs taken in, as well as have the legs hemmed, and Charlotte was AMAZING.
I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend them for any AND all alterations needs.
I just picked them all up today and tried everything on, and they all fit perfectly!!!

Lack of professionalism. Customers were being told new hire reason for delay in services.
Trainer talking about new hire to customers as if not in ear shot.
New hire noted not being trained at all while trainer complaining to customers of her work load. Lack of professionalism very noticeable to any and all customers.

Alterations Review Only: I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience here. I took a bridesmaid dress in to get altered (hemmed, shoulder taken in, and a ribbon added on). Originally I was told that would cost "no more than $35" but the final bill was $45! $9 alone was to add the ribbon! All they diddwas tack it on to the old one! I was told that I would get it back on 10/12, then got a call that it would be delayed because they lost power during the storm (great, no problem). I never got a call when it was ready, I had to call them. The hem of the skirt was still too long when it was pinned

My experience was with the alterations ladies only, not Jerry. They were not friendly. Came here to get a dress hemmed and a zipper fixed on a coat and the lady never called to say they couldn't fix the zipper. When I came to pick up the alterations, she said, oh, couldn't find a slide for the zipper. It was like she never even tried. AND the alterations for the flower girl dress was as much as a wedding dress, which I was not prepared for. I will not be back. Too expensive, not nice, and didn't even try. Not apologetic that she couldn't fix it either. This is very disappointing since I was referred
