Services
Trotters Sewing Company's (TSC) story began in Asheboro, NC in October of 1992. Barbara and Jerry Trotter, both from textile backgrounds, founded a contract cut and sew business, BJ Con-Sew, Inc., and the couple, along with one other sewer, manufactured mattress covers. Word spread of their services, and the couple's business slowly grew.
TSC manufactures a wide array of sewn products. If you need us to sign a non-disclosure agreement, we do that often. If you do not have a non-disclosure agreement, we can provide one. We do charge for sample production runs, as it takes time to manufacture a product for the very first time. To cut down on those costs, however, providing our team with tech packs, sewing specifications, cutting and sewing guidelines, and a sample makes it a faster & easier process.
