You will find Brad to be an excellent agent. He has a very pleasant easy going personalty and asks many questions so he determine how best to meet a client's needs. This way he knows exactly the right parts of Reno to visit. We wanted a new single family home and we ended up with a Toll Brothers home after much searching. It took nine months to build the house and he helped negotiate the lease terms of the condo we rented while waiting for the house to be completed. He is literally always there for you at the beginning right through the end of construction down to closing. You couldn't ask for
