For us to continue to improve the building experience, we contract an independent survey company, Guild Quality, to obtain client feedback several times throughout the building process as well as at the 1-year anniversary in the home.

June of 2018 my wife and I took possession of our Beach Home at 100 Periwinkle Lane in Carolina Beach from the careful craftsmen of Richard Wallace Builders. We had previously purchased spec homes but never went from land and concept to architect/builder, it was a bit scary. That's when we met the team at RWB. Richard, the owner, Ann, the CFO and… frankly our now good friend with whom we collaborated on several key decisions, Greg, our construction manager and Perry Cox, our architect. We went crazy on this build, from Geothermal to Solar to a Hung Steel Staircase to Trex Decking to Cable

RWB involved us in the design of the house and selection of features. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. They listened attentively to what we wanted in our dream home and provided detailed explanations of possible options rather than a list of limited choices. The custom millwork, including shiplap and a special built-in bookcase, give our beach cottage a unique style. The hurricane windows are an RWB standard and the roof membrane enabled us to obtain the Hurricane Fortified Gold designation which provides significant savings on our Wind & Hail insurance

You cannot go wrong with Richard Wallace Builder. You will find Richard to be very knowledgeable with extensive experience. We moved into our new home that Richard and Greg built for us in February of this year. He is very honest and seeks to build the very best home he can build for you. He let us know what he was going to provide and delivered better than we could have imagined. He listened very thoughtfully to what we desired in our home and boy did he deliver. We have had other homes and an office building custom built for us. This far exceeds any other home we have been involved with. Greg
