Yoga Tribe is the result of a desire to heal-both physically and mentally. Beginning his yoga practice transformed the body and spirit of our founder. He was quickly led toward helping others achieve the same peace and perspective that had changed his life. But he didn't do it alone. With the help and encouragement of a few "bright spirits, " including his mother - Cindy, Jason was able to overcome initial resistance and bring his vision to life.
The goal of the 9-week 200 Hour Hot Yoga Immersion Program is simple - to offer you the single most in-depth and transformative exploration of your personal yoga practice. Our time-tested processes will develop you from an avid student into a confident, empowered yogi over the course of our time together.
At Yoga Tribe, we value each student and do our best to create a community where everyone is encouraged to have their best personal yoga experience. Here are some suggestions to guide you as you begin your journey with us. Yoga literally means "union" and "balance". It is a union of the body, mind, and soul.
At Yoga Tribe, we offer several options for your hot yoga practice, based on your preferences and needs. All of our classes are open to all members of our community, regardless of experience level, or physical ability. Just come, do your best, and surrender to the moment. Due to the pandemic and new insurance regulations, all students must meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Again, the only thing you need to do yoga is an open mind. It doesn't matter how flexible or strong you are. All that matters is that you show up and do the best you can, and you will see positive changes in your life. The practice room is heated to approximately 105 degrees for Hot Yoga classes and approximately 98 degrees for Hot Vinyasa classes.

I recently started going to Yoga Tribe. I've been doing yoga for about two years however I was stalled out it seemed and wasn't pursuing my practice seriously or integrating the spiritual element in to it. A friend suggested I try out going to yoga tribe and it has begun to make such a difference. It took me a little bit of time to get used to heating/hot yoga however once I got the breathing down, the staying grounded in the present moment and working through the practice and my body I fell in love. These instructors are amazing. I have never had instructors that have explained

I love yoga tribe! I used to go years ago until I moved and had several health issues that kept me away. I finally came back 13 years later and they are still going strong and have grown. It is under the same ownership as it was way back when, and Jason the owner was there to greet me with a big smile. The instructors are amazing and helpful and encouraging... Christian has been so uplifting to me... He is such a blessing! Everyone that goes there is super friendly and very easy to talk to... Very much a family community! Their yoga room, bathrooms and showers are really clean. I am so thankful

Thanks Yoga Tribe for calling me back regarding my earlier complaint..it sounded like you wanted me to remove my negative review.. Jason , you posted your reply five minutes after I posted my review... got a call next day at 8:00 A.M. from someone from your studio wanting to honor the 20 .00 for 20 days. It really sounded kiss up to me because you dont want bad reviews...and then you called my phone to follow up...Thanks for that. However whole thing left bad taste and screen your employees better. Won't be coming back.. have gone to Bikrams. For all I see its all about the money.

My practice was feeling stale so I started coming to Yoga Tribe almost one year ago and have never left. From the staple "hot" classes, to yin, flow and the monthly sound meditation, I get everything I need here. My practice and understanding of yoga have been further fostered by the amazing teachers here. No two teachers are alike, and each one has something to offer. The various classes don't just give a thorough workout (which is nice, I'll admit), but touch on the spiritual aspects of yoga, which is why I started 04/?58,&!( yoga in the first place.

Megan Conlay, where have they been hiding you? Took hot class this morning 7am, and it was the best! You deeply understand this series. I didn't get a chance to thank you for class, but I'll be back next week. PS...love all the teachers, but this week, I guess I needed this class because it reminded me of my first love: Bikram method.

If I could give negative or ZERO stars I would. Very disappointed with the customer service the last time I was in for one class. They made me feel very inferior and stupid. The instructors were so snobby, arrogant, and saw I was struggling but didn't bother to come check in on me. NOT ONCE Or ask how I was doing. I will NEVER go back again. When I went the first time, before it was called Yoga Tribe- they were so sweet and nice I referred so many people there... Thanks for ruining the yoga experience for me, jerks.

Awww Yoga Tribe you have rekindled my love for hot Yoga!!
It has been a while since I have stepped into a hot yoga studio. I had forgotten how much I really enjoy the heat and sweat that makes hot yoga so much fun. I decided to finally come back to it because my friend raved so much about Yoga Tribe.
The studio is absolutely beautiful, they have cubbies once you enter to leave your stuff and you must take off your shoes before entering the studio, that's how they keep the place looking so clean. They have two spacious rooms with nice hardwood floors and I believe one room is slightly

"Beyond!"
Yelp won't let me post my clever one word review so I will elaborate. What I mean is, if you practice or are interested in beginning your practice, Yoga Tribe IS the place. With a 20 days unlimited for $20 you have nothing to lose.
Personally when I began at Yoga Tribe I was a novice, I felt very well cared for by everyone especially both Nicole's and Lindsey who teach most of the classes I attend. Jason is amazing, generous, keeps the studio running smoothly. Other instructors I know who are all amazing are Aundy, Kelly Anne, Shauna, Milan, Lisa, Amy. I know

Such a great studio! It's tucked away in a mall so it was sort of challenging for me to find but other than that it's a great studio! It's very clean! A shower & bathroom area! The studio is not wooden there's a soft mat, which I actually love... Less strain on my back!
Staff & owner of the studio are all welcoming & really generous! I definitely felt a warmth & a generosity by everyone! They all introduced themselves to me and asked a lot of questions regarding how I found their studio.
It was awesome to see the staff know their guests by first name! Felt

After attending Yoga Tribe for years, I will no longer attend their studio.
I considered myself a regular--i would attend warrior flow class at least 5 times a week. This is not easy, as 3 times as many Dayton Method (Bikram-like classes) are offered than the warrior flow. Among the immediate draws to the studio were padded flooring, a clean facility, and most of all, the other people who attended...those are the aspects that got me in the door. Ultimately though, it was the encouragement of incredible instructors that got me to stay.
I must warn you that you cannot get attached to instructors

I really do enjoy this Yoga Studio, the only thing that sucks is their class packages EXPIRE. I had bought a 10 class package and had 3 left. I threw out my back and wasn't well for 3 months... Then I went in to use one of my 3 left and was told they had expired. So the only way I could attend the class was if I paid. No wallet brought... So no class.
Wish there was a way they could have reminded me to use my classes, and considering I have been going here for nearly 5 years, and get their monthly newsletter to keep up with their changes, tell my friends about the studio, etc... I am a bit
