Are you going to show up to our 10am leasing appointment? We drove 70 miles for this. You didn't text us cancelation or let us know that you may be late. It's 10:40 and we're still waiting for you. I will update this post with the status of when the leasing manager shows up or notifies us of the status of the tardiness. Guy shows up at 11:33 had no clue that he had an appointment. Come to find out that this property is incredibly expensive. 10/10 wouldn't do again.

If I could rate this a -0 I would. This place is awful. Before making the decision look at all the reviews, belive me the good ones might be fake. Let me start with the manager she us awful, unpleasant, unprofessional and obviously very lazy. She doesn't care about her residents only about keeping cost for the complex down at all cost. Moved here a year ago and currently still waiting for the list of repairs needed to get done since we moved in. AC goes down and they send one of their 2 maintenance guys for the entire community. Today... AC still not fixed and is been 5 days. Temp here is 80-83

My boyfriend & I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah F at the front office. She has to be one of greatest I have ever run in contact with. She was very upfront with us. Our appointment was at 3:45pm we didn’t leave until 5:15pm, that’s how great the conversation was. She has a great personality, she was honest, she was very very professional & we all related in so many ways. She was just a great help. I know we have made the right decision. I won’t give it one star because the apartment itself was nice. I love the tall ceilings and the open design floor plan. However, be prepared to give up your security deposit. So we moved in and states that it was a temporary situation. We had it written in our lease that we could leave with 30 day notice, where as the complex requires 60. That’s fine, as soon as we tell the office we are moving it blows up. “We require a 60 day notice.” We get that but our contract states we may leave with 30. Then upon final walk through, I signed off stating I’d only have to pay cleaning fees for the
