Don’t even bother with this place. they have assigned parking for no reason because people will still park in your spot. the floors squeak so bad you can’t even try and be considerate of your neighbor downstairs. just sick of this place in all. i pay $1100 for a 1 bedroom and it’s not even worth it. don’t waste your time or your money.

I have lived at Townsgate for 3 years and have never had an issue. Anytime I need something fixed they are prompt at getting things taken care of. The staff is always friendly and the management is great, especially Sherry. Sherry is always nice and willing to help. The comdex is clean and very quiet.

Let me start out by saying that the place is under new management as of November 2020, so anyone reading this after the fact should take that into account. The new management seemed very professional and capable, but I can't speak to them as I moved out just as they were taking over.
This was my first apartment I found, rented, and lived in after college. I'll start out with the good. The location is great. An equally short drive from either Tampa or Lakeland and very close to the highway. Decent food and grocery options close by. A decently spacious apartment, two pools, and a nice car wash area

Mr Staggs, it may help to understand that it takes time to completely renovate a pool including pulling permits!! If you look by the office parking, the equipment is sitting there waiting for the permits in order to start the project. Everyone including businesses are going through a pandemic which has significantly slowed progress. I have worked here for many years and this is the first time the pool has been closed for longer than a day or two. We would appreciate questions first in order to understand what may be going on before passing judgment too soon. Most communities do not have 2 pools

I had reached out weeks ago about a 1 bedroom and was quoted on 2 that would be available in nov. i had a few weeks where i worked less than 40 hours and i spoke to kristy about it because i did not want that to affect my approval. She said she would reach out to her manager and would call me back the same day. So today i called and she did not know what i was talking about. Completely unprofessional, didn’t even bother to reach out to me and at least let me know if she asked her manager or that the apts were no longer available. I will definitely be reaching out to a higher up!

Waiting on the approval of my application and while I may not be approved and I am not a resident there, yet, the whole process has been well explained and simple. The property is nicely kept and the staff has been very helpful to me and kind. I read some reviews before looking and was afraid I would have a bad experience, but so far everything has been great. I look forward to living here

Everyone I have encountered in the office is nice. The inside of my apartment is really nice and updated. Outside maintenance is kept up. It's convenient to I-4 and it's pretty quiet. The walls between the apartments are veryyy thin however, as long as your neighbors aren't too noisy it's bearable. Otherwise great place to live and I recommend!
