I've moved here in October and have experienced the best service that I've ever had at any community I've lived. Angel has gone above and beyond to accommodate my unusual circumstances and I am deeply appreciative. I've put in maintenance request and didn't have to wait longer than 24 hours for those services.
Each of our communities has its own friendly, professional management team, so we can maintain the quality of your community and respond to your needs throughout the day. Our Resident Portal and App allow you to pay rent, submit a service request, or connect with your management team whenever you need to.
All residents are required to carry Renters Insurance with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage and a minimum of $10,000 personal property coverage. The community must also be listed as an "Additional Interest" or "Interested Party". Water damage liability and dog bite liability coverage is included (these are not typically included in standard policies).

Hands down my favorite apartment. Maintenance was my favorite. I'd put a request in and they would show up the same day or the next morning. Always got the job done. Had some trouble with the aa/c the entire stay but maintenance always did their best to fix it. When I first moved in the oven wasn't working and so they replaced it and I ended up getting a new one. FAST!! Office staff were friendly and on point. So sad that I had to leave and move closer to my family. I sure will miss this complex and definitely recommend it to anyone.

I’ve lived here since 2017 and it has been great. It’s quiet, no noisy neighbors, no crime, no last minute inspections, nothing. They communicate in a clear and precise manner and are super patient. If I ever need anything or don’t understand something they’re always there to explain and help the best they can. I’ve never encountered an attitude from a single person that works here. I’ve literally called Erin and Kyleigh repeatedly in one day over different things when I was changing buildings and they are always so kind. The office staff are professional and courteous at all times

Resident from 2018 to 2020. This was one of the best managed complexes I've lived in. The office staff is always friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond to needs. The management company keeps up with the property. While I lived here they resurfaced the pool area, worked on leveling sidewalks for safety, trimmed trees, replaced the roofs on every building, & pressured washed and painted all the buildings. They definitely work hard to keep the grounds beautiful and everything well functioning for the residents.
Very dog friendly community.

This place has roaches!!! I had 3 exterminator appointments and still a consistent problem! The hard water leaves the toilet and the bathtub very dirty and the smell is awful! Would not recommend this place at all!!! They did not follow covid rules for the pool areas as well. The only good thing about this place are the 2 maintenance men Ramone and Nelson! They were very nice!

We’ve been living here for 8 years now and we love it. Anytime there is an issue we can rest assured it will be taken care of promptly. The office staff is always helpful. The grounds are well kept. I would love to see them sand and paint the stairwell handrails but that’s a minor thing. We had major issues with the A/C at one point and John was always there to figure out the issues. Although it was one thing after another with it he always got us back up and running in no time. The office staff and maintenance team are on point!

Office is manipulative and had us fill out a lease termination form even though we were paying rent through the end of our lease. When we questioned it, they didn’t acknowledge concerns. Filing a complaint with Florida Apartment Association **UPDATE** received call from Erin who was exceptionally helpful and profession; seemed genuinely interested in our concern and is reaching out to corporate on our behalf in regards to the lease termination

Read your contract very carefully!!! They will charge you a full month's rent for being 6 days short of the 60 day notice clause they have in their contract! I gave them 54 days notice that I would be moving out they are charging me $1076.00. At least pro rate I would be more than happy to pay them 6 days of rent. Beware!!! They charge for pest control but they never show up to do ant pest control (you have to call them they dont show up even if you do call) even though they add it to your rent automatically! It is a roach infested apartment building!

Overpriced, paid 1100 rent and there for two years. Had a bike stolen and someone broke into my car. The apartment brushed it off as "bored high school teenagers." The overpriced rent + paying for a storage unit elsewhere comes down to the cost of a mortgage payment! ((we were on a list at the apartment for a storage garage for two years, no luck)).
Moved out when they towed our second vehicle. Cleaned the place and left it better than we received it in and they paid us back with a 400.00 bill for replacing a carpet that was spotless on the surface after they saw water marks on the

Management is great, especially Erin!
During the viewing process i asked alot of questions about the amenities and other personal living situations that matter to me like noise, a budget thats friendly to me, and other creature comforts.

TOTAL RIP-OFF. Literally only giving one star because less than that is not an option. Called the office to discuss moving out and advised that we would be moving out 2 weeks before our lease ended but that we would be paying through the remainder of the lease. A month later and all of a sudden I’ve received a lease termination bill stating I owe an additional $800. Called the office and was told “well since you terminated the lease we technically could have charged you your full rent.” Also reaching out to an atty and Florida Apartment Association. Worst apartment of all my years of apartment living: overpriced, terrible mildew problem; see all these condition photos taken the day we moved in. We left the place in better condition than we received it but were billed 400.00 or carpet replacement. The rug is cheap and normal wear and tear on it should be replaced by the apartment. They cited "water damages" on the UNDERSIDE. No stains were visible on the rug surface as we used a wet vac and took care of the place our 2 years living there), pic attached of what the rug looked like moving out.
