I have always gotten great service with this doctor's office. Doctor O'
Donnell is very easy to talk to and very experienced. Usually, I see np Linda D. Firth-Blackburn, who has great experience and explains everything in detail. She is just as good as any doctor that I've seen before and is never in a rush, always thorough, and just a very pleasant person to deal with. Whenever I have health concerns, its very easy to get an appointment. Often, I've sent messages on health issues and they respond to them quickly, usually allowing me to bypass an office visit altogether because they addressed

Fantastic doctor. Office staff was the usual sort of office staff (you know what I mean) but the doctor himself was so attentive and smart! Usually, with a physician I feel rushed or not heard, not the case here. Inarguably, an amazing primary care doc. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

Where's my $75.00? My appointment was canceled an hour before it was to start. I took federal government sick leave off work, four hours, and I cannot get it back. So that shows how they make the money, the way they treat patients. That's a deadweight loss of about $260.00 for me.

I liked Dr. O'Donnell, that is, when I could see him. But the practice farms most work out to overworked nurses, and ones that probably deserve less stress on Valentine's Day. And exploitation makes you sick. The inequality of medical care for non-rich Arlingtonians is very obvious now. I'm

Terrible staff. Consistently rude. Doctor doesn't seem to care when I let him know. Made me feel I was the problem. I will be searching for a new primary physician immediately.

Very competent and caring staff from the front desk to the medical professionals. Gave me the most thorough annual physical exam I have ever had. Very handy that the required blood test could be done on site. They called with the results the very next day! My new go-to doctor's office for sure!

Went for a physical, was charged a consult fee. I could have been informed that when asked how health was, if I answered anything beyond the most cursory 1 min response, I would be charged a consult fee. Also physician didn't want to handle a chronic problem that my previous internist was taking care of so needed to consult another doctor.

Dr. O'Donnell and the NP are very knowledgeable and professional. The blood lab in house is great and the front office staff and nurses are fine to work with, minus one person. If you are stuck with her, you will want to flee as soon as you can. She seems to hate her job. You can hear her sigh audibly, and she has this look of boredom/disgust when she answers the phone, enters your information on the computer, or is asked to do something for a patient. I find it hard to believe no one in the office sees this. It is one thing to not smile but another thing to act so unhappy and unprofessional

Dr. O'Donnell is excellent. Very knowledgeable, takes the time to talk and explain everything. I had not seen him for 6 years and he clearly took the time to read my file before coming in as he asked questions about things there was no chance he would remember. I had no problems making appointment or with front office. Even had the the lab folks on-site (I think the lab has some hours they are there - if you think you will need it - ask ahead to make sure) while I was there so blood draw was easy.

The front office is the worst part of the experience with this doctor. They are friendly enough in person, but the last two times I've called (once to get a prescription filled and once to get a needed vaccination), I was unable to get what I needed. In the case of the prescription, I wasn't even given the opportunity to talk to a nurse. With the vaccination, they simply would not listen to me. Here was the conversation I just had:

ME: Hi, I am a patient of Dr. O'Donnell, and I was instructed by my wife's OB/GYN that I need to get a Tdap vaccination before my baby is born this
