Established first in New York in 1959 as a family-owned furniture company, owner Carl Troiano and partner Keith Rein relaunched the business as Trojan Powder Coating in 1990. Starting primarily with display work, the business quickly grew to include assembly work, architectural detailing, and large-format coating projects. Today, Trojan Powder Coating is one of the largest powder coating providers on the east coast, offering excellent service along with a unique set of certifications and warrantees to its clients.

Trojan's vinyl department can coat your exterior vinyl extrusions with a non-hazardous, organic, water-based paint. This flexible finish is resistant to mechanical and thermal shock, distortion, expansion and contraction, abrasion, chipping. The finish has long term color retention and will not compromise the integrity of the vinyl.
From natural woodgrain finishes, marble finishes and detailed design transfers, your powder coating can be as innovative and artistic as you imagine. Using recyclable, eco-friendly products, our faux finishes are the ideal, environmentally-friendly choice for your next customized coating. Faux finishes can be applied to various parts and surfaces, including but not limited to doors, handrails, columns, panels, and more.
Trojan's state-of-the-art wrapping can laminate your profiles of nearly any shape and substrate with exterior and interior laminates. The rollers of the profile wrapping machine can be adapted to many dimensions. Our wrapping equipment laminates up to 12"W x 5.5"H x 23'L in a continuous process at a speed of more than 60 ft./minute, depending on size and shape of the sticks.
Nordson ColorMax 2 Quick Color Change Booth with 16 Automatic Guns and 2 manual touch up guns. The Nordson Encore LT Powder Color Max Spray System was custom designed for our secondary assembly line with 6 stationary automatic spray guns, 2 manual guns, HDLV transfer pumps and an Encore Feed Center for fast color changes.

So I am in the market for some powder coating, and being that I live less than a mile from these guys, I figured might as well use them. So i called them up after my first email wasnt answered and spoke to a girl who told me that I need to email the owner to get a quote. I explained that I already did that and she told me to do it again. So I assumed she would tell someone that I called and was going to send my 2nd email requesting a quote (why they wouldnt tell me over the phone I dont know). Long story short, this was over a month agao and i still havent received a reply. Looks like Ill be
