Services
Fluoropolymer coatings (PTFE) applications provide maximum release, coefficient of friction, chemical resistance, electrical insulation, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance and meet the requirements to be FDA compliant. Our knowledge of different manufacturers coating properties allows us to choose the correct product for the needed environment.
We are a full service shop capable of producing artwork for screen fabrication. Whether we make the screen or you provide the screen, the finished product comes from one facility. This service allows for less handling of parts that could result in damage. Having the finish and the screen print under one roof allows for one stop, with the responsibility of the finished product in the hands of one company.
Wet paint coatings come in a vast array of colors and are provided by many different manufactures. We can custom match any color needed or obtain any product drawn out in a specification. Applications range from industrial coatings to MIL-SPEC coatings. Choose from flat to gloss and light spatter to heavy texture.
Dry film lubricants (also called Solid Lubricants) help to reduce friction between surfaces, often in extreme environments. This process is used for parts that need to operate in very hot or very cold temperatures. Since dry film lubricants are solid, they are used in places that are too hot or too cold for liquid lubricants to be used.
Quality assurance is our first priority. All work is received, counted and inspected before we begin production. Prints are reviewed and any new issues are then discussed with the responsible parties. Any issues that require a determination are discussed with the engineers of the job. We will advise of a delivery date, generally four to five days unless an expedite order has been processed.

I just wanted to share my experience dealing with Dynacoat for a powder coating job I needed done. I was having some work done to my car and my mechanic suggested having a piece of my car powder coated black. Having my car on a lift for 3 days was already an inconvenience so I wasn’t really excited about having to deal with another company and trying to plan the logistics of getting the part painted and returned to my car without delaying my mechanic’s work.
