Roman Leal founded Software Divine Inc. The legendary Hall of Fame Interior Designer out of New York. Mr. Leal was introduced to custom home building at a very early age while working with his uncle. And later went on to perfect his home building skills as a real estate investor by purchasing REO bank foreclosures from local banks.

So we have a project (AUD) in our backyard. Roman has been involved in the project for a year, perhaps 1 1/2 a year. Guess what gang? Not done yet. The home has failed its *6th* inspection. Yes, six. Like, more fingers than I have on one hand. The same items keep failing on the last three inspections. He doesn't correct the citings but keeps calling out the City to inspect the building. It's as if he thinks that the City will just magically forget. Don't believe me? I have copies of the inspection reports. Get this: So the City says that the sewer pipe at the structure needs protection, and suggests

Roman and his crew did an extensive demolition to our kitchen. Walls were removed, a new support beam was installed, new drywall and texture went in, and flooring was removed.
This was a HUGE job that was all done in 9 working days! Getting a job like this done well was great, but getting it done that fast was a bonus!
Roman's crew arrived at our house daily by 8am and worked straight until 5pm (or later if they needed to get things done). We couldn't be happier with the way this project has turned out and it was made possible by Roman and his crew. Highly recommend.
