An experience I wish I could give a zero for, negative stars would be better. This company has no clue what they are doing, how to treat customers, communicate, effectively handle customer concerns, not to mention any follow through or standards that they are supposed to live up to. How they are still in business is beyond my comprehension.
We had 2 different lenders because one moved and they weren't smart enough to realize they couldn't continue to work in the state we were in so we got switched to another person. The two lenders didn't communicate to each other nor communicate

If you are self-employed DO NOT try to get a mortgage through Keller Mortgage!!! They wasted three weeks of my time and all they did was make false assumptions and negative judgments about myself and the future of my business. Yes, we're amidst a global pandemic so things are up in the air - I get that. However, they never took the time (or gave me the opportunity) to ask practical questions about how I plan to proceed or what my business plan looks like moving forward. My broker was John Long, who was condescending, rude, and wasn't even listening to me (I had to tell him the same things

Unlike other mortgage companies, Keller does not add to the rate to do their No Lender Fees loans. Low overhead and remote employees are how they do it. I compared them to Quicken and the other top lenders, and they beat tem all. You must have a Keller realtor to use them though. Loans over $150,000 get $1000 closing cost credit on top of it. They fund their own loans too not a broker.
