I typically never write reviews but I have been going here for years but the new owners are doing a really poor job. I got the platinum package, and my car was still filthy. They didn’t even clean the back window of my Jeep that had so much dirt on it. The hood and doors of my Jeep still had mud on it and I came home to have to clean my car myself. I will never go back here again.

Went here yesterday afternoon and asked for gold exterior wash…was told it would be $43.00 because of mud and dog hair. Told attendant I don’t mind paying if car is clean of both…he said car would look like new. Lo and behold after waiting 25 mins interior of car still full of mud and dog hair. Does anyone do what they’re paid for anymore…I do not recommend at all

I have 2 Labrador Retrievers that love to go for car rides, additionally my husband just drove to Nebraska and back and encountered a lot of bugs on the way so both the inside and outside needed extensive cleaning. I brought my car to The Car Wash at Chester and they did not disappoint. Amazing attention to detail. Very thorough, professional and friendly. They did a fabulous job on my SUV. I will definitely be back. Highly recommend. If they can make my car look almost new again they can certainly handle anything.

Truthfully, I would give this place less than a star based on today’s service. Checked in AND PAID at 12:35 and my car has sat for the past 30 minutes. I don’t know what has happened here recently but the last two times I’ve come, it has taken over one hour to have my car washed. There is so much time where the vehicle simply sits. I don’t think this type of service should take more than 30 minutes (even on a busy day). I will probably have to take my business elsewhere. REAL TIME UPDATE: My car was finished at 1:40

WOW...honestly wasn't expecting much as I am usually disappointed with how little attention is paid to interior cleaning at most car washes and because they only used to do exterior and my interior is always a mess. Not sure how long they have been doing interior but wow! I saw the amount of time they were taking with the inside so I was excited to see the results and seriously the best interior job around! I got the outside done too, and it was a good job as well, but my main objective was the inside and they certainly delivered! Highly recommend!!!!

Truly AMAZING job!! There was a coating of overspray from a company paving a parking lot and they got it allllll over my car. I brought my car to the owner, Danny at Chester Car Wash and he spent HOURS getting it off of every single surface of my car. My car hasn't looked this good since it was in the showroom. Absolutely STELLAR work and friendly service. I cant say enough about this company. I will never get my car washed or detailed anywhere else!!!!

I was super happy with the detailing work they did on my car. I feel like I'm driving a brand new car. Inside and out, every nook and cranny is super clean. I travel with my Golden Retriever and could not see one hair after their work...amazing if you knew my dog. Plus, everyone from the general manager to the detailing manager were super nice and professional.

I had my car in today for an advanced hand wash.. with interior service included and hand wax added to the mix. She is absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!! Had both my car through the wash, and my dad's car fully detailed.
Drive through was was very thorough with pre-soak/wash and the car came out clean and spotless. Definitely one of the better washes my car has had around here.
They also offer detailing services, inside and out. My dad's car had never been given the TLC it needed and they did a phenomenal job! Carpets, leather, and exterior were cleaned, treated, and conditioned. Danny the owner personally did the car and sent pictures and updates every step of the way. Very happy with it, no excuses or "dilemmas," and went beyond the services

This place has come along way since Danny Sourek took ownership. Things are constantly changing and getting better and better. Yeah there may be a few little hitches here and there but that happens when something is working hard to get better and better for the community to become the best it can be.
