Towne Express Car Wash

Honestly this place is a joke, it’s not worth it at all.
As soon as I payed for my service there was no one monitoring the entrance to start the washing.
I picked the Gold Packet and the wash was bad, all the tire shine touched my car, First and last time I am coming here.!

9/1 changed rating from 3 to 4 stars. I really appreciate the business responding to my review.
CAR WASH
Yesterday (8/30), I parked my car under a tree that had berry eating birds that had their way with my car so I visited Towne Express Car Wash on South Avenue, Plainfield NJ. First time here, I purchased the $18 VIP package, which includes: Basic Wash, Sealer Wax, Triple Foam, Carnauba Wax, and Tire Shine. Prior to going thru the car wash you are given a bag that includes a dashboard wipe, a drying cloth, and a car air freshener (smells good), and a token for the vacuum.

Horrible I when there pay $20 to get my car cleaned an have to end up vacuum my car myself and my car did not even clean properly. I will not be going back there. Its cheaper to buy a bucket an soap from Walmart an do it myself

I brought my mothers car to the car wash but after “washing” the car was still dirty. manager said, “ well, it really needs someone to rub it first”
No kidding that’s why I brought it to the car wash.
Try the place around the corner.
I’d never go here again.
$11 and the car isn’t clean

First time here, more of an up scale drive thru machine operated car wash. I payed for the second package which included tire shine. When I got home I realized they did not apply any tire shine and the wheels could have been cleaned better. Then again it is a machine…. Not sure how they missed the shine. I would go back though if I’m in the neighborhood. Will be sure to double check the wash though. They have a few different wash options.

Great Service always the owner is always so helpful when i come in an the young lady who is always wiping down the cars i love her thats why i always make sure there's a tip after the service

This is my second time coming to this place. They are always in a hurry. The armor all on my tires did not stick, tires were left dirty and my back window was dirty. I will say the manager was nice and asked me to come back and he would redo car

Paid $18 for a car wash. And to my surprise you have to do everything yourself. No vacuuming. No glass cleaning. No interior cleaning. So, where did my $18 went to??? Worst car wash ever. Don’t go there period. Very disappointed 😔

On the way home from work I decided to get my car wash thought it was going to be quick and simple when I asked them to just do the outside everything was fine until I received a ticket with the cost of $20 to wash the outside of my truck I was like wow that's a little bit on the expensive side but whatever data do it long story short I get to my house the outside of my truck is still dirty in my wheels and tires aren't shiny at all I call back I proceed to tell the guy the issues that I just had while I was there and instead of saying anything he hangs up on me I call back again immediately now
