Old time customer service
They make you feel like you're the most important person. Had trouble placing my order online. The customer service representative saw an order trying to be placed but not completed and turned it over to the owner. Owner emailed me to see if I needed help and explained they had just installed a new order entry system. He went to work on the problem immediately and got it fixed. I placed my order on a Thursday and it was delivered the following Tuesday. Opened it and all the products were beautiful. Shop at Montauk Tackle.

I initially got the wrong sizes and called on a Saturday to see if I could get an exchange right before Christmas as we were heading to Florida on a trip. The OWNER answered my call and shipped the correct sizes that day, in this day and age I cannot give them enough stars for EXCELLENT customer service I will be a customer for life thank you!!
