I sent an email with a design idea and never heard back. I called a few days later and a woman was very quick to tell me they would eventually get back to me. About a week or two after that I called again only to discover my email was not received. I was now being helped by Jack and he did seem very helpful on the phone that day.

In this day of social distancing and curb side pickup, we have lost the customer connection. Something Greek has not. Not only do they have great quality, prices and selection they’re customer service goes above and beyond expectations!! I ordered a sweatshirt for my son with his fraternity crest on the sleeve. The owner, Michael, took the time to personally call me to verify that I indeed wanted the crest as ordered. He knew that the fraternity I selected had very specific guidelines for their letters. I want to first state that ive ordered things in the past that were prefectly fine and mever had to contact customer support. Unfortunately that changed a few months ago I ordered 3 shirts for my new brothers two came out fine one had holes near the lettering. I am really upset with my order. I payed 45$ for shipping for all items in my order to come in time for my big little reveal. I got an email confirming all items had shipped to my house, and when I got the package, I was missing have my order. I received a refund for the shipping after calling twice, the first women I spoke to never did anything so when I called a second time they had no idea what I was talking about. Super great customer service and my order arrived fast! Unfortunately there was a small hole in the bottom of the sweater when I received it, but calling them and getting it resolved was easy and in less than a week, I had a new sweater. I’ve already placed a second order with them for my pledge class and I can’t wait for it to arrive. Shipping is super quick and the quality is great. I will definitely buy from this shop again.

I am very disappointed in this company. My sorority orders from them very frequently and on our recent order of some jackets they had our letters mixed up. When we looked at the order preview it said all of our letters were correct but as soon as we got the receipt they had replaced a xi for chi. We tried calling as soon as we realized the mistake and they said we had to wait until the jackets arrived and then send them back and email them to fix it. We sent them an email to fix this mistake and they said there was nothing they could do since the jackets had already arrived.

I had ordered a line jacket online with a lot of custom embroidery, rush order and rush shipping. They had to email and call me to adjust the final price and let me know that they can't make rush order. I paid the extra amount I needed to and adjusted the date I expect to receive it. I received the item on time (about half a week after I've ordered it) but the jacket was missing embroidery I paid for. I immediately emailed them about it with proof. They did not answer. Ordered 4 items for my son for Christmas on Nov 28, guaranteed delivery in 1 week. I phoned 3 weeks ago asking for an update they had never sent me an email but charged my card. Reassured order was in process but not to worry. Following week called me the hoodie I ordered they were out of stone color. I told them to change to grey. Ok no problem we will ship it this week. Their website is very simple to navigate, they have so many wonderful choices for colors, patterns, fonts, etc. to make your piece truly unique and special! Somehow, I still managed to screw up my order (although it was super easy to use the site) and ended up having to call them to change a few things: I spoke with Susan. She was kind, patient, helpful, and thorough. I felt completely confident she was listening to everything I said, and was making the changes I asked for. I love my org & wanted to order letters. I did the order wrong and something Greek called me back to fix it, but the representative on the phone had a complete attitude and was not trying to help me, after I informed them that they were being a little rude the representative got upset and I asked to cancel my order. But representative hung up and I had to call back again.. never coming back to this site. I was warned about their bad service and didn't listen, not ordering ever again from this site.

Something Greek's appalling customer service is the primary reason why I will never ever EVER shop there again and which is why I will be telling my other friends in Greek life at my larger 4-year university to do the same. I have dealt with 5 weeks late order arrivals, incorrect items, missing items, and endless SIGHS, attitudes, LAUGHS, and weeks of unanswered emails / phone calls from them. Let it be known that they will do anything to prove THEY, and not the customer, are right every single time. I've spent so much time writing emails and making / waiting for phone calls from them

I chose and ordered my letters in the color "Jade" because it looked exactly like the color for my boyfriend's fraternity. I received the sweatshirt today and was astonished when I opened the box and the color of the letters were an awful teal blue color. I quickly called the service number, and I was instructed to email the service department a photo of what I received. Ordered 8 lettered shirts for pick up at the store. Took about a week for them to make it and they all came out exactly as requested. The quality is ok, but for only $16 dollars its hard to beat that price. website is super easy to use, and I like the ability to see what the shirt will look like on the website. Overall great experience for a decent letter shirt.

Ordered from here for the first time because I was looking for a hockey hoodie to customize and I liked all the options they had. When I received my order more than half the customizations were missing, all they had done is the front Greek letters and the side arm embroidery, they completely missed the whole backside of the hoodie included in the order (top name, numbers and added prints and layer of fabric). Not sure how they say that their items are always checked for quality before sending out when I paid $100 for a hoodie that was missing more than half of the customizations. They even called

I was absolutely disappointed with my purchase. I ordered two shirts in a rainbow peace sign pattern with my sorority letters on it for myself and my friend. I received shirts that were completely different. One of them consisted of only purple and pink and the other consisted of blue yellow green and orange. I was aware of the disclaimer that the colors may not be exactly as they appear on the screen. I did not expect to get two completely different shirts. I was so excited for these shirts and was so upset upon receiving them.

If you need something Greek, this is where you need to order from. I placed a custom order for a hooded sweatshirt with Greek letters and could not believe how quickly I received my order. I was very happy with the quality of the product.
I must also mention that their customer service team is great. I contacted them via email with some questions and they were very prompt in responding.

I usually get my para from the vendors at our regional conferences but I haven't been able to make it to one this year so I popped in to Something Greek on one of my Savers' runs.
They have a good selection of NPHC Greek options which are the only ones that I check for. My sorority umbrella recently broke so I was on a mission to replace it. They only had one option for my organization but it was a really nice and super sturdy one.
I have bought other items in the past and would say they are a good place for your basic NPHC para needs in this area.

I love making a field trip out of heading to Something Greek.
I love looking at all the different kinds of patterns there are- it's more fun in person than looking at a computer screen.
The shirts that I get from SG are always really great and high quality. I think the customer service is always helpful and polite.

I order all my Greek Letters from online and I love it! They are great with customer service and have so many different items at really good prices. Also, they send the items withing a week and a half of ordering it which is awesome since the places usually take 2 weeks min and you need to pick it up.
