The company has been around for a long time. They have a million dollar website. The warehouse is in Oceanside Long Island. But they just open the store front location in Freeport Nassau county Long Island. I absolutely love the shop Because this customer service is great And a really cater to the customer needs. They cater to motorcyclist's mostly. They sell men's and women's leather jackets, pants, vest, hoodies, t-shirts, gloves and other accessories. Definitely gonna go shopping here again!

This place is amazing. I ordered a vest online and when it arrived it was a different color than I expected it to be. I phoned up the brick and mortar store and Kevin helped me out right away. He assured me that I would be able to exchange the vest for another one and be on my way in no time. Great customer service and amazing products. I will be returning for some riding gloves soon. I like to support local shops when I can and I am very pleased with my purchase.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I ordered a factory custom vest from them and purchased “priority 2 day shipping”. When I called to report that the shipment would be delayed and would not be here within the allotted time frame the agent was rude and defiant that it would be here. The package still shows “in transit status” and from my experience of receiving lots of mail at my address it will not be here.
I’m sure the products are good but with this level of customer service I’ll be ordering from Espenoza from now on

Co is a joke nor that there moved manf to Pakistani leather.. kind get the quality at any flea market at better , much better pricing.
..and hope you don't need Cus Ser after waiting 6-9 months for product (boats are slow ya kno) cus ain't ganna happen. Read reviews pls. Note the dates and ALL recent are 90% BAD

Less than impressed with Customer Service with First Mfg Co, I had reached out a couple times in multiple ways for warranty on and Vest I had purchase and it broke the 3rd time I wore it. Only person to respond to me was the Social Media Handler and even than still didn't get and resolution. Wasn't until noting I was writing this review that they finally responded weeks later. I would not recommend this company for Poor Quality product and even more Poor Customer Service.

Worst customer service. When I write this.. I mean"the worst customer service I've ever encountered". I placed an order. Received shipping confirmation the next day. I thought" wow, great!". After six days the shipping never updated from the post office accepting and shipping the package. I called, left a voicemail to figure out what happened. Called the same day right before close, spoke to someone. The site shouldn't of taken the order, they didn't have it in stock. I was given two options, they can make it or refund me. Was told should take a week and a half to make at most to get the order

They are outstanding. Visited and purchased a denim vest about 30 days after they opened. They had so much variety of selection, denim, leather, canvas, etc., vests, jackets, shirts and even jeans.

I'm not around Freeport all that often but pass through for work and I'll be back. If you ride, you know first manufacturing is quality and now their retail storefront has everything for you to see and try on and you don't have to wonder about sizing or returns with online orders.

Great place. My son bought a really nice leather jacket yesterday for our motorcycle rides. Kevin helped us as we tried tried on many jackets and sizes. They have a nice selection of beautiful jackets, better than what the site shows. If you want a quality leather jacket, you won’t be disappointed. Prices match the quality so maybe not a bargain, but this nice jacket will last him many years of riding and improve safety.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a vest paid extra money for faster shipping. A week goes by I call the post office with the tracking number provided. Post office says they made a tracking number but never actually dropped the package off at the post office. Call their customer service. The girl says she will contact shipping to see why it hasn't shipped and get back to me. Before hanging up with her I asked her to please refund my shipping since I did not receive the vest within the 2 day's. While it would have been free shipping anyways. She says okay you'll receive a email for the refund. This

I made the purchase of a size S canvas shirt, I receive order confirmation right after I made the purchase. But after 2 days I receive a email said that my order of a size XL is not available, I email back for 3 days no one replied me.
I called them later, In the phone call I’ve tell them that I ordered Size S not size XL and they tell me none of the size is Available. So I ask for refund and I’ve been told that I only get refund for the product not the shipping.
The problem is if they did ship something out to me and I return it I understand is product only. But in my situation they didn’t

Have order a vest in December suddenly they didn't have it after multiple calls to make sure then two months later they said they'll refund the money and still haven't refunded poor customer service

I found First MFG online as I was looking for some type of custom vest. I stumbled upon their website and noticed I could completely customize my own vest through them. So with that being said, I was interested. Price was very fair considering what I was doing. Spoke with gentleman down there during the production of my vest. Customer service was great as well. But the kicker is when I received my vest in the mail. It was absolutely beautiful, the quality, craftsmanship, attention to detail, all of it was above and beyond. I ordered one of the Limited Edition vests and waited a week with no movement on shipping. Finally got an email that the size I ordered was not available. I emailed back asking about a different size. no response. I called and was told the vest is longer available. I asked for a refund and was told it would take 2-3 days to process. After waiting 3 days with no refund, I call and talk to the same person. The order had not been cancelled. I got heated and asked for a manager. was told he was not available. I first heard about First Mfg Co. from a buddy that has a pair of Chaps from them that he bought from a local Harley dealership. I started doing some research on this Co. and found they are located in Oceanside N.Y.. So I went down to there store. I met the owner Bobby when I first walked in and he made my buying experience so easy and friendly. Such a nice guy and easy to talk with. I was able to get a great pair of Chaps for a very reasonable price. The belt was a little to long and I need more adjustment holes. Bobby suggested the seamstress in the warehouse could fix my issue and she absolutely
