I was referred to 1st Insurance Group and was told to ask for Morgan . I have to say I am glad I did. Not only did Morgan save me Money, I have never experienced such good customer service. Morgan was very nice and patience as I rambled on about how crazy everything was. She was very quick and knew what she was talking about , even when I asked a billion questions she never got annoyed or seemed to lose her patients. I think my total process time from getting a quote to purchasing insurance was about 20 minutes.As long as Morgan works at 1st insurance group I can assure everyone I will be a customer

A friend of mine recommended the 1st Insurance Group. Morgan was able to find me great rates, specific to all my insurance needs. I bundled all my accounts and am saving a decent amount of money each month. I also needed to find some more affordable insurance for our condo complex. This process got very confusing for me but Paul was able to meet all of our needs, wrote us a great policy, and again, we are saving a very decent amount of money monthly. Great insurance, great rates, exceptional service! I would recommend this company to anyone looking to find a better insurance provider.
