Mr. Allen was absolutely wonderful! By far the best experience I have had at a bike shop, and he made the entire process so easy. He got all the paperwork done before we got there, we just had to sign it. I think the actuall process took less than 10 minutes. Fred was so easy to work with. He deserves more than 5 stars! Highly recommend him!

I went out to check out an Indian Fred had for sale. Unfortunately the bike was not a good fit
Even so, we had a good talk about why there were so few used bikes available. Apart from it being summer and post- covid, as with cars, there’s no chips for new bikes.
Fred made good suggestions about waiting til fall if needed, and maybe looking at a new bike. Then he gave a shout out to Hans at HK Motor Sports across town where I was going, to pick up my Harley
I love working with small, independent shops who know and respect each other !

Great guy. Fred, I just wanted to thank you for all the help. My bike was sitting the entire winter and the battery had completely discharged. His workshop is a mile away and I told him that i can drop the bike there. He offered me to pick the bike from my place in his trailer. Wonderful gesture. The battery was dead and had to be replaced. He worked on my bike as per the schedule. When I went to pick the bike, he did not charge a dime for replacing the battery - though I asked him several times. Amazed with this customer dealing. I would suggest this place to all my friends.

Went to look at a bike he had on his website. Lower end from what he sells usually. Loved the bike but it needed a battery, he couldn't start it. Told him I'd pay cash if it ran ok etc. Spent the next 3 weeks begging to hear it run and ride it. I even offered to put the battery in myself. In the end he said he was keeping it for himself. Just poor business all around. Great looking bikes & seemingly good deals.. for someone i guess. Would NOT recommend.

We got a super nice bike. A 2013 CVO Roadglide 110th anniversary model. What a sweet bike! Fred was a pleasure to do business with. He gave us a fair price, he answered all of our questions and he got us set up with financing we could afford. No pressure. He has a great selection of bikes to choose from. Thumbs up!

I spoke with F.Allen a number of times regarding a bike we wanted to purchase from him., both through email and via land line and cell phone. We told him we were coming up to see the bike, on Tuesday the 26th. I was arranging renting a trailer to haul the bike and making hotel reservations for our overnight stay. We were able to leave a day earlier, so I called to tell him. No answer , so I left 3 messages on both his business phone and his cell phone. By just CHANCE I happened to look at my desk top computer for emails, and lo and behold, there is a message from Fred, saying "A guy came in yesterday
