PT classes are taught by a licensed physical therapist and may be eligible for insurance reimbursement. Private session with a Physical Therapist that integrates the principles of Pilates into a comprehensive rehabilitation program.
Manual Therapy is defined as a clinical approach utilizing skilled and highly specific hands-on techniques including, for example, manipulation and mobilization. Every movement in our joints consists of a roll component and a glide component. When we start to notice mechanical pain in certain joints, we often find that there's a significant discrepancy between the rolling and gliding components within that joint.

This place is definitely where champions are made. I love it and can't wait to get into the best physical shape of my life... I was nervous at first after having done very little physical activity for so long but the staff in just 3 weeks has me doing things I no longer thought was possible. Do yourself the favor and join, you're worth it!

Brian is more than first rate. He clearly has a deep knowledge of physical therapy and how it can be used to recover from an accident.
I have a severely broken leg requiring 10 weeks with no weight on it. Brian spoke with my doctor and received specific instructions which I believe he has rigorously followed. Exercising muscles which have clearly atrophied when a leg can bear no weight is not easy. Brian spends the initial portion of my sessions stretching and massaging the muscles in my injured leg. He has taken it from being just able to reach a 90 degree angle to reaching almost 120 degrees
