I have served clients in the Lake Norman area since 2005 with a real passion for helping people of all ages overcome ailments. My interest in Therapeutic Massage Therapy has led me to earn advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofascial and Sports massage, as well as Massage Cupping, Reflexology and Kinesio Taping.

I look forward to working with you to reduce your pain, improve your health and increase your quality of life. As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer I have expanded my practice to bring my clients out of pain and into a more functional capacity. Kimberly holds advanced certifications in Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofacial Release.
