After ten years time to go elsewhere. Dr. Han is personable and professional. Policies and billing are bad: 1. If unable to confirm after two calls they cancel your appointment - even with a ten year history of no missed appointments. This caused missed work for me and missed school for my child. 2. On three occasions they confirmed that the procedure was covered by insurance (government/ military dental insurer) before the appointment, then later attempted to bill me for same stating the claim was denied. On all three occasions I asked them to call the insurer and after doing so they were paid

Stay away from this practice! Dr Han is good but their billing dept is the worst I've ever experienced. I've reached out to them on three separate occasions regarding an over billing which they acknowledge. However, they have do nothing to remediate the issue and continue to attempt collection on money that isn't theirs!

From the sweet ladies working the receptionist desk to the dentist, and everyone in between, this was the best experience I have had at a dentist. They were extremely kind, professional, informative and punctual. I didn’t have to wait any time for my appointment, and they made what can be a nerve wrecking experience very seamless, stress-free and enjoyable. The facility was immaculate and organized. Very grateful for the amazing staff for making the trip to the dentist a positive one!

Came here for an emergency visit after a terrible wisdom tooth extraction experience with another dentist. It was very affordable, even though they don’t take medicaid. Dr. Jarrett was very kind and gentle. They did an x-ray and he explained about the nerves in my lower jaw, unlike the other dentist. He also said that he could write me a referral later if needed. My dad actually referred me to this place, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Maybe let me know more than 2 minutes from my appointment time that you guys are going to reschedule me. Maybe a phone call? Instead of a an automated text. That’s awful customer service and I am extremely disappointed. Especially considering I rearranged my entire morning to allow for this appointment to happen. Great convenient location. Clean, friendly office environment and wonderful staff! Super easy to schedule appointments and correct billing issues. COMPLETELY kid friendly. My 4 year old and 2 year old both LOVE… coming here for their cleaning appointments.
