Everyone knows someone who has quit smoking but still says they'd like one with a drink, or after a meal. That's why I use an approach that helps you become a true non-smoker, not just someone who is resisting smoking. The 'stopped smoker' courageously resists having a cigarette, while the non-smoker couldn't think of anything worse than smoking.

Hypnosis is a state of being when you can experience increased focus, concentration and inner absorption. It is a natural state that we experience every day, such as when we're daydreaming. You may be so focused, that you are unaware of the sounds and happenings around you. A great way to feel centered and focused in our busy, complicated world. Sessions are relaxing while listening to guided imagery - this reminded me of getting caught up in a another world while reading a book or watching a movie, and finding comfort in relating to the story. The lessons gave me strength and resilience to build better relationships, let go of things that did not serve my life now and focus on staying present minded. Thanks to Ellen, I feel I can be more present to show up for my life and I highly recommend her services.

Working with Ellen (Capstone Hypnosis) on a 1x1 basis via the Be Calm workshop was truly a wonderful opportunity for me. I was able to look introspectively and analyze my key stress and anxiety triggers. The content was made simple and easy to implement. The hypnosis session is amazing! As a busy mom and teacher I seldom take time for myself and for many years struggled with my own health. The new found stress relief has encouraged me to begin a journey that I needed to take. With the right hypnotherapist I began feeling the difference in a positive way.
