I first went to Dr. Zhang on a Sat morning in April 2018. He was very nice, and accommodating (he even assisted us with getting our car started and out of the parking lot of the Wells Fargo Bank). He was sincere in his desire to assist me and my daughter in our weight loss goals. He was more than generous with setting us both up on treatment programs to meet our needs. Beware !!!This guy is a scam artist! He does not disclose his name. Do NOT pay him anything especially cash because you will never get it back. Ask him for his name, ask him for his license, he will not give it to you. He will give you a nickname. Very shady character. If you bought a Groupon, he will be very aggressive in trying to get you to buy more.

They literally stole my money. I payed for a weight loss package and no one got back to me. It’s been over two month now. I went to the office and spoke to Dr. z not even sure if he is a doctor, he said he would refund me money and never homered that either!! Worst place to go. Don’t do it!!! I’m still trying to get my money back.

I purchased a Groupon for B12 shots, which said it was for a location in Bothell and Redmond. As it turned out, the Bothell location wasn’t open yet. They assured me that I would be able to use the Bothell location once it opened. This turned out to be false. Additionally, there have been three times when I went to the Redmond location and no one was there, with no sign, during posted open hours. I also think the quality of staff is poor, with one of the nurses repeatedly causing bruising at the time of my shot.

This place is amazing. The girl that runs it, her and her husband are very informative and make you feel very comfortable, willing to ask any questions or concerns. She really is great at what she does and you can tell she enjoys her job she defiantly deserves a reward for best customer/patient care or at least a raise :). I am very pleased with this place and would recommend anyone to come here for their vanquish procedure. Thank you again you are truly appreciated!!!
