I grew up in Lincoln, Nebraska and proudly attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. Following graduation, I served five years in the U.S. Navy.

I saw Dr. Garcia for years and switch due to dental insurance. I was told I need a crown immediately because my tooth was fractured and a few fillings. No forewarning or history suggestion this was coming my way. I knew I needed a second opinion. I called Dr. Garcia and knew I would get honesty. It looks like the dentist I was seeing was being aggressive and I didn’t need the work the suggested.

My 6 month cleaning went smoothly. Upon arriving I called them to say I was in parking lot and was told to come on in. At the top of stairs, my temperature was taken and I checked over my chart to see if any updates were needed. The dental hygienist came into waiting room and called me back. It was a very nice experience. Dr Garcia came to do his final check and after his exam, I was finished. Very impressed with the practice.

Excellent dentists! Originally it was just Dr. Tim Grinder, then Dr. Todd Garcia joined him a few years ago. We've been seeing Dr. Grinder for -- let's see -- 30 years now, I think, and have been very happy with him. We've seen Dr. Garcia since he joined, and have been just as pleased with him. The staff is great, too!

Dr. Garcia has been my dentist for years. I've had to had several procedures and all have always been successful and as painless as dental procedures can be (if anyone says they're painless, they're lying!). He is proactive in recommending oral hygiene care and very straight forward. Never any pressure. I would highly recommend Dr. Garcia to anyone in the Raleigh area.

This is a small dental practice over by Western Wake Hospital. I have been going here ever since he opened. Maybe 10 years or so.
Last week I had my teeth cleaned. My hygienist, Alison, did a great job. She was friendly and gentle. I would recommend her if you are in need of a cleaning. The office has 2 hygienists.
Today, I had an old filling removed and replaced. Dr. Garcia has done a filing and a crown for me in the past so I knew what to expect. It took 26 minutes to redo this old filling. It was pain free and as far as dental work goes it was probably as good as it gets.

Dr. Garcia is a great dentist. He is highly rated on multiple sites on the net. Before I was seen by him, I went to Lane & Associates where they suggested I needed a root canal. Upon seeing Dr. Garcia, he informed me that I didn't need a root canal, and the very suggestion was akin to malpractice. Unlike many dentists, this doctor won't try to sell you on unnecessary services.

Can't believe this is the first review. I came here years ago after having a horrible experience at another dental office. Dr. Garcia was upfront, personable, and honest. After coming here every six months for cleanings for the past few years I've never waited more than 10 minutes past my appointment time, the dental hygienists have been nothing but efficient and kind, and I recommend Dr. Garcia to friends the minute conversations about dentists come up.
