Aside from Rehabilitation, Burbank Rehabilitation Center offers long term care. If you or your loved one are no longer able to live independently or need assistance with activities of daily living, you can rest assured you will receive the best quality care possible. Burbank Rehabilitation provides physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs for our residents.
At Burbank Rehabilitation Center we offer an extensive rehabilitation program that helps our residents attain their goals and return home safely and quickly. We provide exceptional rehab services seven days a week for those recovering from Neurological, Orthopedic/Joint replacement, Cardiac conditions, Stroke Recovery, and other medical conditions.
Burbank Rehabilitation Center offers an opportunity for caregivers and family members who need a break from the responsibility of caring for a loved one. Whether traveling out of town or just needing time to recharge you can get the rest you need knowing your loved one is safe and secure. 24 hour nursing assistance with activities of daily living, medication management, social activities, and three nutritious meals are all included.
Burbank Rehabilitation Center can provide hospice care with the assistance of selected hospice companies. With a physician's order, Burbank Rehabilitation works together with the family on choosing a hospice company that ensures the best pain free and comfortable experience. Hospice care can control pain, reduce anxiety, and offer the needed spiritual and emotional support to patients and their families.

Extremely displeased with my mother's experience at this facility. The marketing is very facetious and misleading. They're short staffed, and neglect the patients. There are only a few workers who truly do their jobs. I'm presently looking for another facility that will provide our mother with the care that Burbank refused to offer. I would NOT send my loved ones to this facility unless they can take care of themselves.

My wife had a stroke almost two years ago and since then she's been to two rehabilitation centers and this is the best place she's been in so far. I made the mistake when I had her taken to another place which I won't name but, I'm glad they closed they're vent unit because it wasn't up to par as far I'm concerned. I'm new to this but, I'm a fast learner. Since, she's been here I've noticed how the other places dropped e ball Burbank took the ball a scored many points with me. I love the way she get along with the staff and to me she's happy here even though I'm not trying to let her get too comfortable

Burbank had an event on sept 4th that was absolutely lovely the staff was so nice they had really good food and awesome music me and my grandfather played games and enjoyed being outdoors. Everyone looked so happy you could just see the joy in peoples faces just to be with loved ones. Great job Burbank Rehab keep up the good work!!!

DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY MEMBER HERE! THEY KILLED MY GRANDMOTHER! THEY FORCED HER TO LEAVE AFTER TWO WEEKS AND THE ENTIRE TIME THEY DIDNT GIVE HER ANY OF THE HELP THAT THEY WERE PAID TO DO! NONE OF THE CASE WORKERS RETURNED OUR PHONE CALLS, NONE OF THE DOCTORS, NURSES NOTHING! THEY SENT HER HOME WITH NOTHING, SHE COULDNT EVEN WALK AND IT WAS AN EMERGENCY FOR HER TO BE THERE! THIS HAPPENED A WEEK AGO, SINCE THEN WE'VE BEEN DESPERATELY TRYING TO GET HER SOME CARE AND FINALLY WERE ABLE TO GET HER TO A HOSPITAL BUT GOT THE CALL TODAY THAT SHE PASSED AWAY! SO MANY PEOPLE FAILED HER! WE FOUGHT HARD FOR

Hello everyone they treated my father very badly as my old father was yelling at him, and kept him thirsty and did not give him the proper food as he has diabetes, and did not give him a blanket until after I called them after several hours, even my father fell from the broken and old bed and they did not return him until after Two hours, pay attention to your families, fathers and mothers, the employees there have no humanity, I tried to talk to the administration, they transfer me to an office, no one answers the call

Unprofessional patient care. Makes patients miss doctors appointments. My family member missed her very important disability appointment and now she may get declined for disability when she is in very much need of it. This is the 5th appointment shes missed. Will be calling and complaining to the state and most likely the news as well. She has been very unhappy during her whole stay.

If you are looking for someplace that will care for your loved one, please continue looking. This place does not care. My dad has issues with potassium. They even told him that his potassium level was high, yet they gave him bananas, broccoli and other high potassium foods. I feel like I need to take a shower every time I leave as the facilities are not cleaned regularly. The CNA's that were assigned to my father were slow to respond, if they did respond at all.
