Did everything I was supposed to do as far as giving them days advance notice to take my mom out on an overnight pass just to get there and not be able to take her because of lack of communication between the staff or whatever the case may have been she couldn’t be released without her meds and the issue was that the meds were not ready 🤬 and I could not wait over an hour until they could be ready seeing as I had already driven over an hour to get to the facility and was on a time schedule myself 🤬 when I set things up I was assured that everything would be ready for and and that I wouldn’t

The staff is comparable to a five star hotel
very engaging very caring and outstanding engagement as opposed to luxury nursing homes ive witnessed with nasty staff and poor care!

A one star rating is way too good for this place. I have never seen so many cold, uncaring people in one place, truly they are there for a paycheck only,no compassion for the patients.with the exception of Ms.Jones everyone else has a nasty attitude,they are neglectful of the patients.l hope that the level of care and compassion they showed my terminally ill sister will be visited on them and there loved ones.

I took a tour of this facility a few weeks ago when I was in Chicago looking for a rehabilitation center for my father who is terminally ill. The CNA who gave the tour was far too casual, not very professional at all. The smell of urine was all around, even still present when they tried to cover up the scent with Fabulouso floor cleaner. There were patients just out everywhere in the hallways, no one seemed to care about the scent or the fact there were patients just laid out in the hallways. This center appears to have an inexperienced staff and they are seriously understaffed. The biggest highlight
