After working as a Pharmacy Manager at Lynnwood's Rite-Aid location (on 196th Street SW) for the past 14 years, Rashid decided to open his own local independent pharmacy in downtown Edmonds.
Rashid works directly with medical professionals like MDs, OB/GYNs, urology doctors, dentists, naturopaths and veterinarians to formulate medications to match patients' specific needs. His philosophy is that as a family-owned and operated business, he embraces the opportunity to provide personalized attention and quite simply, the best service in town.

My wife and I have switched to Paktia after years of dealing with Walgreens. We are not here to complain about Walgreens but to speak highly of Paktia.

Very friendly and excellent with customer service! He remembers details important for your experience and exhibits patience, understanding and care towards your health. Rashid treats you far more personally and personably than big pharmacies who crank you through. His medications are also of good quality even for the generic, unlike some of the big names. I pass 20+ Rite Aids, Walgreens, Fred Meyers, Costcos, and Bartels on the way to Paktia.
