....on the phone, Judy was rude. While she was talking with me she was also talking with someone else at the store. If it was another customer, don't answer the phone. VERY unprofessional!!! Not sure if I'll call or go there again. I guess the phone customers just aren't important!!!

Really helpful guy named Ray works here, I’m a beginner and he knew exactly how to help when I told him what I was making. Glad he is offering curbside pickup! He even could’ve sold me more that I didn’t need but instead gave me advice to finish a project at a lesser price, will be back for sure.

We were in a tough spot because our 6 needle embroidery machine needed service and we had an order to finish. Scott got our machine running better than it had since we bought it (used), and the cost was lower than we expected! We will definitely be returning customers.

If there was a zero I would have used it.
I bought my Designer 1 years ago from Lakeshore Sewing. They have worked on it before for repairs. This year my machine quit running. Lakeshore looked at it, said it needed a new motor, gave me an estimate of $450. Offered me $200 on a trade in. We had much medical going on and I didn't get it fixed.
I had another repairman look at it this week, he cleaned it of a knotted up mess on the pick up arm and it runs great. But he told me the cutting blade and the arms are missing off the thread cutter. I was having no problem with the thread cutter. I called

Full disclosure - I work for Brian, but my daughter and I are also long-time customers. Between us, we've purchased 4 sewing machines, a quilting machine, a needle-felting machine, a serger, and an embroidery machine from Lakeshore Sewing. The staff and service department is top-notch; I always have the utmost confidence in Scott when it comes time for service or repair. With locations in Grand Rapids, Wyoming, and Muskegon, Lakeshore also offers fun classes for both kids and adults. Lovely fabric, too!

They are absolutely fantastic. I purchased a new sewing machine and when I opened the box at home, it was missing a power cord. I called the store to report this and within an hour, Kayden, was at my door with a cord and I reside 40 minutes away. WOW!
