Absolutely amazing. I can’t sing their praises enough. I went in with an error and walked out within ten minutes, and they even showed me some tips and tricks on my machine I didn’t know! The ladies were so very kind and patient and I can’t say enough good things. This is the second time I’ve been to them and I know it’s the only place I will be bringing my machine! Thank you again!

I have been buying sewing machines and getting service for over 20 years with Family Sewing. Without their support, tutelage, repair service and excellent advise, I would no way have the sewing skills I have today. Their classes are amazing and follow up after you buy a machine is never ending. I am grateful every time I sew for coming upon them so long ago. Thanks for all you do!

This place is amazing we took our sewing machine there because it broke and the staff there went the extra mile to find out it was covered under warranty.
I cannot say enough about the employees knowledge of the items they sell there and the knowledge that they have in the sewing subject in general.
This place was recommended by someone from the local fabric store who expressed their appreciation for the employees there.

I purchased a machine with an MSRP OF $4,000.00, I got it for half because they were discontinuing the model. I have taken many machines in for cleaning/repair. In fact I have that machine I bought in the car to take to Larry tomorrow for cleaning and check up. I trust them implicitly. I think perhaps the other reviewer maybe needs to shop with grandma to ensure she doesn't buy something you think is unnecessary. I also have a 1949 Singer FW. It's fun to have and sews like it was new. However you don't always find them in such good shape. I paid $350.00 for mine (not at Fam. Sew

A wonderful staff. Very helpful. They welcome all, even if you have never sewed before and want to get into sewing. They have beautiful machines for purchase, all sorts of price ranges to fit your budget. If you are looking to get into sewing or embroidery this should be your first stop! Lots of classes you can attend to increase your knowledge.

They took advantage of my grandmother :( This Larry guy really talked her into trading in her machine for a very expensive machine that she didn't need and to find out the old Singer feather weight she traded in was worth quite a bit. I am just so upset at people taking advantage of the elderly. Don't recommend at all! The picture is of her machine they traded or took and gave her $15 on the trade in!
