Worst service I’ve EVER received in my 25 years of sewing. I brought 2 machines to be repaired and had to bring both of them back TWICE because they still didn’t work. So 3 trips to his shop! He never even fixed the problems and actually one came back with a new problem HE created. He never even tested the machines before he returned them and never apologized for his mistakes. No compensation either. I can’t understand how he’s still in business with such poor service. DON’T WASTE YOU TIME!

Great experience even if bad news. Tom spent considerable time to figure out why fabric wasn't advancing - evidently there are broken gears. It can be fixed but I don't have the $150 - 175 dollars this close to Christmas. And if I did I'd have purchased a new machine for just a bit more because they have a big sale going on now. I really appreciate the time he spent (and didn't charge me anything).

I drove over an hour to get to the nearest Brother Service Center, expecting to have to come back in a week or so to pick up my machine. Mr. J fixed it on the spot so that I did not have to drive back! Very friendly and even took the time to explain what was wrong and why it happened. Highly recommend!

They are pretty awesome at Mr. J's, they know their stuff. I called them looking for a part that was missing on a quilt frame that I bought second-hand. I have no manual, no model number, nothing really to go on except what I can explain over the phone, and it's missing a piece I don't have a part number or even a name for. After a couple of questions, the guy says, "I think I have a pair of those", sure enough he was out in my neighborhood a few hours later and had exactly what I needed. If they hadn't been able to help me, I'm pretty sure my second hand quilt frame would have been complete junk
