It is common to have shoulder tension/tightness, neck pain, sleep problems, tingling in the arms or fingers, shoulder pain or decreased grip strength, elbow pain, midback pain, difficulty breathing associated with midback pain. Chiropractors treat more than just your back or neck pain. Even the ear!
Proper alignment of the structure that the muscles attach to aids in the healing of chronic pain and discomfort. Wellness care is recommended by DrC, which includes muscle work beyond the Chiropractic adjustment. George Rodafinos is a licensed massage therapist and an instructor, that moved to the US in 2014, from Greece.
The chiropractic adjustment is not meant to be painful. But we must remember, many times the area being adjusted hasn't been moving well for a long period of time. Naturally, by making something move that hasn't in a while, it can sometimes feel uncomfortable. Once the adjustment is completed, the area will feel less pressure and discomfort.
I have seen a lot of chiropractors and physical therapists in my day not one compares to Dr. Courtney. Her knowledge and skill level is very impressive. You can tell she loves what she does and that she cares about her patients highly recommended. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Courtney's knowledge, skills, and attention to detail.

I am fully convinced that Dr. Courtney is the best chiropractor in Minnesota and beyond!! I have spent years receiving chiropractic care that was not personal, generalized, and didn't bring relief to my chronic pain. I am now 3 months into Dr. C being my chiropractor, and I feel better than I ever have before. She is so personal and TRULY cares about the well-being of not only my body, but my life as well!! From head to toe, she explains everything she is doing, why she's doing it, and educates me about what's wrong! Dr. C will be my chiropractor until she can't be anymore!!! I can't say enough

On my 1st appointment, I sat across from Dr. Courtney and she could tell where I needed adjustments just by looking at me. I'm fortunate that I don't have debilitating or chronic pain, but it's hard to describe the most amazing lightness and relief you feel when she finishes adjusting you. My coworker convinced me of Dr. C's skills, and I'm so happy that I listened to her. Dr. C is not only talented she's bright and bubbly, makes you feel comfortable, and she truly cares about helping you.

Dr C is absolutely amazing! Over 35 years of back pain and so many issues and in 4 short visits with her and I feel the best I've felt in years! Love Dr C!! Amy who greets you and gets you all set up with whatever you need is so kind and sweet and will put you at ease. Love Amy! Mary is the massage specialist who works there gave me a massage like I've never had before, she knew just where to go and what my body needed! I Love Mary! I can't imagine my life without these amazing women and the healing health they have given me!
